The hotel is in a beautiful location. Only one hotel employee took care of all hotel tasks, and he was nice. We booked 3 nights. Instead of the room we booked, we were given a different room for the first two days. The air conditioning was broken and very hot. Through the large window, all the pedestrians outside could see us. The large window had no curtain. The room was not that nice, tidy, or clean. The room we had booked had been rented out to another guest.
We got the room we had booked on the last day. The room with a sea view was nice, and the air conditioning worked.
We had a very good breakfast! European and Sri Lankan dishes.

This hotel is very new and therefore not reviewed in many places. I found it excellent for the price with a modern clean room and en-suite and pleasant deck by the small pool for sunbathing and watching river boats.
