前台服務態度很好。辦理入住很快。訊息告訴的也很詳細。周圍交通也很方便。房間的衞生很好。特別喜歡他們家的裝修風格典雅大氣，一點也不像縣城的酒店。最關鍵他們也可以送到房間，早餐也很好。之前住過幾次，體驗一直很好。很有温度的酒店。旅遊出行強烈推薦！

以前住過，再次路過。前台還是一如既往的專業熱情。非常快的辦理好入住。還幫我清洗了臟衣服。客房保潔衞生也非常好。早餐樣式也很多。真心推薦良心商家。大拇指推薦。

第一次入住阿旗的長城假日大酒店，地理位置優越，步行不超過5分鐘便可以直接到達火車站候車室。酒店裝修奢華上檔次 經過我對比多家酒店的設施以及開業時間，最終決定入住了長城假日大酒店，進入大堂“大酒店”體現的淋淋盡致。客房的服務員很細節，我外出的時候要求客房打掃房間。我清晰記得我有一個不起眼的項鍊隨手丟棄在了床上，當我傍晚回房時，屋內已經是乾乾淨淨、一塵不染並更換了新的毛巾和洗漱用品，我發現服務員把我的項鍊放在了床頭櫃上並墊了一塊普通的白色紙巾，特別的顯眼。為的就是讓我回房時第一時間發現它，真的很細節！前台的服務讓我更加肯定“大酒店”，由於我的粗心大意，退房時將我的個人物品掉落在了牀頭櫃，正準備放棄拿回時，前台給我打了電話 仔仔細細的告知了我遺留了什麼物品，價格並不是很昂貴。但前台的職業操守、服務專業化讓人敬佩！下次我還會選擇長城假日大酒店！

前台服務真的特別好 解決問題的態度很端正 並且不會去推脱 奢華且乾淨的環境以及搭配豐富的早餐讓我讚不絕口 本想着在續住幾天但是因為個人原因不得不離店 下次有機會一定再來長城假日入住 值得推薦 祝酒店越做越好 新的一年蓬蓽生輝！

住過很滿意的酒店！房間寬敞明亮，洗漱用品都是很好用 牙刷毛也不硬都是較軟的 連吹風機都嘎嘎好用 健身房和洗衣房設備齊全 特別是保潔大姐服務非常棒 還給我介紹了附近特色 推薦好玩的地方 響應速度超快，有求必應，必須五星好評！

感覺對不起起這麼大個名字 比不上小旅館 所説的設施也不行 前台也是混日子 你不強硬的去找她解決問題就推皮球一樣把問題踢來踢去 甚至還當面陰陽 別的還好吧 總體來説體驗感很差 不會再體驗
