Gorgeous room, very comfortable and beautiful atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The included Breakfast was delicious and Camelot is located very close to several beautiful attractions. I will definitely be back!

Um lugar lindo! Muito limpo, ótimo atendimento, café da manhã muito bom, áreas comuns muito bonitas e bem cuidadas. Uma fogueira bem convidativa para família. Só elogios e uma vontade enorme de voltar o mais rápido possível.

Boa localização, na beira da pista, o que dificulta um poço o deslocamento para quem quer ir a pé até o centro gastronômico, bom atendimento, quartos temáticos aconchegantes, tem uma piscina aquecida, amplo estacionamento, pela manhã e final da tarde tem uma revoada de araras que param no pátio do hotel, o café da manhã é bom e bem feito, o preço é bom e justo

A estrutura do hotel é boa, com acomodações confortáveis e aparência bem cuidada. No entanto, a experiência foi comprometida pela forma como lidaram com a cobrança de uma taxa de 10% de serviço. Desde o check-in até a saída, houve insistência em empurrar esse valor ao cliente, apresentando como se fosse obrigatório e afirmando que estava informado no site. Isso gerou desconforto, pois a cobrança foi feita de maneira impositiva e sem a devida transparência. Em um serviço de hospitalidade, a clareza no valor total da estadia é fundamental. Se o hotel considera a taxa necessária, o correto seria já incluir no preço final da diária, e não tentar acrescentar depois de forma forçada. Essa prática transmite a sensação de que o hóspede está sendo induzido a pagar algo extra, em vez de receber uma cobrança justa e clara. Apesar da boa estrutura, esse tipo de abordagem me deixou insatisfeito e faz com que eu não tenha intenção de retornar.

Gostei da hospedagem. Funcionários simpáticos e solícitos! A decoração é diferente. Várias araras aparecem no hotel de manhã e no fim da tarde. Um espetáculo. Tem piscina aquecida. Mas como estava muito calor, não consegui entrar. Sugiro instalar uma ducha fria. O Wi-Fi funciona bem e o café da manhã eh bom. Com ctz voltaria mais vezes.

O Café da Manhâ falta frutas maduras, todos muito verde, ou seja o café da manhã muito fraco. A piscina quando usamos, precisavamos ir procurar o banheiro dos quartos, as pessoas responsáveis não abriam os banheiros para usarmos. Falta de atenção no atendimento. Chegamos dia 18.08 e saímos dia 20.08. Deixamos como dica, melhorar o café da manhã com mais opções e o atendimento do uso do banheiro para as pessoas que usam a piscina. Muito obrigado!

Maravilhoso, temático e excelente em tudo! Quarto limpo e lindíssimo, super espaçoso, cama fantástica, banheiro enorme com ducha ótima e café da manhã muito gostoso. Não vi parquinho e quem está com criança, isso faz a diferença. *Só queria dar uma pequena sugestão: seria muito útil ter dentro do banheiro (na parte do chuveiro) uma bancada ou uma pequena mesa para colocar celular, creme, perfume e para quem prefere a roupa, para sair vestida de lá. Mas no resto, impecável 👏🏻 Parabéns equipe e obrigada por toda atenção e cuidado.
