They charge you €12.50 per night for a small dog that does not weigh more than 4kg when the website says €10. 25 euros for 2 nights. Very expensive! for the place that is. If you leave the bin with the garbage bag and it has a simple piece of paper inside, they charge you €40 with the excuse, "for not taking it." And so everything. A scam, a scam that ruins your vacation and makes it bitter. They make their August never better with those of us who look for a fixed price without surprises. Those of us who are on tight budgets. There are extras that no hotel has, and they don't inform you about them. In the end you pay like a better quality place, it is not worth going. They are old and uncared for, not cheap at all, at least in August 2022. More than €180 a night we got the joke in the end. They are only for sleeping, or not even that, because you feel the springs of the mattresses full. Example: the semi-house for 5 people (children) and 2 nights: 2 rolls of toilet paper for the little simpletons, 1 single garbage bag, not a single kitchen cloth, without enough chairs/sofa to sit on, a mini living room that cannot be fits, mini kitchen, entrance door in an alley... views from the living room and entrance door to the bathroom of the house opposite, just 2/3 meters away. The company that manages it is going to make money from anywhere, taking advantage of the summer and destroying the site, which must have been fine in its day. They don't keep it nor do they care about the customers. They don't care if you don't come back, because in two months they may have already sold it to someone else. We feel deceived and scammed, in the end we have paid as a proper hotel.

Instalaciones viejas y poco cuidadas, servicio deficiente, mala atención, mala relación calidad precio. Tiene muy buena ubicación, pero lamentablemente está totalmente desaprovechado por los malos servicios que ofrece y por la carencia de personal.

Las instalaciones del complejo son bastante pésimas y nada cuidadas, super antiguas y la madera podrida. La casa que se nos asignó no se le ha hecho mantenimiento desde que se construyó, allá por la postguerra probablemente. Las camas lamentables, los muelles se te meten en la espalda y las almohadas malísimas, me fui a casa con un dolor de cervicales bastante severo. Además, he visto culos de vacas con menos moscas que en la casa esa. Te cobran extras por todo, pero ni siquiera te suministran papel higienico o bolsas de basura y si te dejas un solo papel olvidado por el suelo, te cobran €40 o pierdes la fianza. Se les nota que no les importa mucho los clientes, pero si su dinero. Un sitio idóneo para NO volver. Hasta nunca.
