We stayed here for a night to rest as we landed late in Frankfurt Hahn. The AC was not working and we had 35 degrees outside. We asked to change room but they said it was not possible despite the hotel being almost empty. The breakfast was just bad and there were some brown spots on our sheets.

A lovely hotel in the quaint German countryside. Owners are lovely people - rooms are very comfy, mine had a verandah. The restaurant is only open at certain times of the day, but when it is the food was amazing. They also offer a taxi service to the local businesses if needed, for approx €4.

Finger weg von dem Parkplatzangebot und dem Shuttledienst. Da mehrfach überbucht, lange Wartezeit am Flughafen, vertane Lebenszeit. Der Gipfel war dann, dass die Fahrerin ständig ohne Freisprecheinrichtung mit dem Handy in der Hand telefoniert hat und einarmig den voll besetzen Bus gesteuert hat. Klarer Verstoß gegen die Strassenverkehrsordnung, das gehört von Ryanair unterbunden, der Auftragnehmer war.

Dieses Hotel bietet ebenfalls Parkplätze an mit shuttelservice zum Flughafen Frankfurt Hahn. Ich würde davon hier abraten. Die Fahrerin ist garnicht zuverlässig. Sowohl beim bringen unseres Autos als auch beim abholen mussten wir sehr lange warten bis jemand kam. Die vereinbarte Zeit wurde nicht eingehalten.Die uns hinterlassen Telefonnummer, da geht keiner dran. Nach 30 Minuten haben wir erst jemanden erreicht. Und dann mussten wir ewig warten. Faule Ausreden sie hätte einen platten gehabt und ja sie wäre jetzt nur da weil die neue Aushilfe nicht zu erreichen wäre. Das gleiche hatte sie auch beim abholen gesagt. Wir mussten gestern über eine Stunde warten und waren mit unseren Kindern die einzigen die von Shuttlebus nicht abgeholt wurden. Wir haben schon oft unser Auto bei anderen gelassen doch diesen Parkplatz zum ersten Mal probiert und das wird auch das letzte mal sein. Eine richtige Entschuldigung kam auch nicht. Nur die Worte: wir haben recht, das geht so nicht….

Prima Het Hotel was bij aankomst zo van wat is dit ,receptie erg klein in halletje waar ook een motor stond ,even schrikken,maar toe er iemand kwam zeer vriendelijk goede uitleg Kamers zijn mega schoon erg mooi zeker voor het geld 4persoon kamer top. Hebben geen ontbijt genomen €10.00pp. Vindt het een doorreis hotel 1of 2 nachten is genoeg👍👍👍
