I’m not sure about the hotel as we never stayed there but their Turkish Bath / Spa experience (sold separately) is a complete waste of time. I booked the premium package with full body mud bath for my wife. They agreed to pick her up at 7pm from an agreed place. No one turned up. I sent them the location twice and phoned them 3 times, only to be told to send location again? We gave up after 8pm as we had to rearrange our plans for the evening. I wish I could give them a minus star rating for wasting our time without an apology!!!

An average hotel in a good location. The rooms are very poor and the bathroom/toilet is a mess as the toilet bowl is half way in the shower so the floors are completely soaked. The food is also a hot and miss. Some days it’s ok on other days you better of getting good food outside. Salat bar is limited with below average food even for breakfast and takes forever to get anything as people are getting their food on slow motion. Single tiny elevator you better of walking the stairs. I don’t recommend and would personally never stay there again.

It was the last day of holiday and we thought we would come here for a massage. Included in the price was use of the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool (which was icy cold) these were a nice addition as we didn't expect these. We also got complimentary water. The massage itself wasn't great. It was very rough. I did ask the masseuse to be more gentle 3 times. They did for about a minute and then went back to the same pressure. The lights were also on full and no background music so you could here people talking and from the main reception. I would go back again but request a different masseuse.

Otele girdiğimiz zamandan beri hersey çok güzeldi . Yemeklerin lezzeti odaların konforu hersey çok güzeldi. Personel ilgi alakası khvaltı çeşit ve lezzeti resepsiyon da duran Mahiye hanıma çok tesekkür ederiz

Nice hotel, with pool area and beach. Good evening buffet with plenty of choice. The entertainers are very friendly, special mention to Tania, very nice. The sea is very beautiful and the chocolate waffle is good ✨

We didn’t stay here but we had the Turkish bath experience omg it was amazing we had sauna, steam room, Turkish bath , jacuzzi face mask and massage for £25 each never felt so relaxed ! All the staff were friendly professional and very good at their jobs would throughly recommend at beginning of holiday to prep your skin for sun tan

Ağustos ayında ailecek kaldık. Yorumlara bakmadan direk rezervasyon yaptım. Aracanızla gidiyorsanız otopark sorunu var. Arabayı çekecek yer bulursanız çıkartmak cesaret istiyor :) .Denize yürüme mesafesinde, havuzu idare eder. Yemekler neredeyse her gün aynı, ertesi gün ne yiyeceğiz derdiniz yok. Resepsiyondaki dayı orada ne yaptığının farkında değil :D Birisi orada onu unutmuş sanırım. Odalardaki havluları kullanmadık, kendi havlularımızı kullandık. Son gün kendi havlumu kaldırdığım için mecbur kullanmak zorumda kaldım. Kollarımda ve sırtımda kabarmalar oluştu ve aşırı kaşınma yaptı. Kesinlikle kendi havlunuzu ve çarşafınızı götürmeniz lazım. Geri kalan şeyler normal, 3 yıldızlı bir otelden çokta bi beklentiniz olmasın.

Berbat bir otel. Pis, 3-5 garson genç dışında çalışanlar ilgisiz. Özellikle resepsiyon görevlileri zorla oturtulmuş. Personel yetersizliği bahanesiyle hizmet yetersiz, havuz var kapalı. İçecek sınırlı. Yastıklar taş gibi, inanılmaz konforsuz. Açık büfe yazmışlsr, sadece soğuklar açık büfe, yemekhane usulü plastik tabldotta yemeği alıyorsunuz. Kısacası buradaki puanlara aldanıp gelmeyin. Müşteri yorumu olduğunu düşünmüyorum.
