Seahorse Deluxe Hotel

The hotel is very beautiful from the outside. Especially the cleanliness of the pool and the fact that it is in a quiet place is really good. Although the rooms could have been good in terms of size and facilities, unfortunately we experienced situations such as the shower head in the bathroom being broken and everything we touched turning out to be broken. The cutlery left for use in the room was dirty. There was no kettle but it was provided when we asked. Air conditioning and refrigerator ***et were working well. If you come expecting too much, you may be disappointed. If you come without expecting anything, it can be a nice experience. I can say that it would be more comfortable for those who will come and stay for a few days to bring their own cutlery and plates. Finally, the comfort of the balconies was really nice, thank you.

I looked at the rating on another travel site and had a different reservation. I was transferred to this hotel due to occupancy. First of all, you should definitely consider the comments. There is a very intense moisture & mold smell in the room. The bathroom is rusty and the toilet bowl is a disgrace. I wish there was another word to express it.1 night When we showed it to the staff, we couldn't enter the toilet. When we showed it to the staff, he called the cleaning lady and the officer claimed that it was permanent sugar. But it wasn't. It was obvious what it was. It's a place to say that we ran away in the morning. It's a deserted area, also far from the city center. It should definitely either close or change hands. I have stayed in a lot of hotels with my friends and family for business trips until today. I have never seen such. The prices are only for the room. Breakfast or all inclusive etc. I couldn't think about the state of the kitchen after that room.

The rooms are dirty, still hair on the floor, no curtain in the room, everyone sees you from the outside, no Wi-Fi, dirty pool you can't even see the bottom, the toilet bowl not fixed, we were afraid of the break, no room service, you have to clean the room yourself, we don't even change your towels, you have to buy your ass papers, fridge doesn't work and so on....

Wir haben das Hotel nur für einen Kurztripp gebucht und es war einfach grausam. Es gab in den 3 Tagen weder frische Handtücher noch wurde in irgendeiner Weise sauber gemacht. Die Möbel waren alt , das Zimmer war dreckig. Überall waren Haare und Dreck, in der Küche , im Bad, einfach überall. Dir Dusche einfach ekelhaft, noch dazu verstopft. Nach dem Duschen lief das nicht ab. Es war jedesmal eine Qual, weil es eine Überschwemmung im Badezimmer gab. Im Hotel war nie jemand vor Ort. Man hatte keine Ansprechpartner/in. Die Inhaberin saß gelegentlich , vllt aus Langeweile mal in ihrem Büro. Sie gab uns ihre Habdynummer, falls was sei, sollten wir sie unter dieser Nummer kontaktieren. Erreichbarkeit klappte jedoch gut. Laut Inhaberin hatten wir sogar ein Deluxe Zimmer bekommen , da will man sich nicht vorstellen, wie die anderen Zimmer aussahen. Was jedoch einwandfrei funktionierte war die Klimaanlage. Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer gebracht, da es kein Frühstückssaal gab. Frühstück wurde extern in einem kleinem Kiosk nebenan vorbereitet. Es war lecker sowie frisch vorbereitet .Die Familie die den Kiosk führte, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. . Merkwürdig war zudem , dass wir am Abreisetag den Schlüssel am Kiosk abgeben mussten, da im Hotel niemand Vor Ort war. Wir würden definitiv nicht nochmal buchen!!!
