A very relaxing place with a beautiful lake side view. Breakfast was nice and the dinner was great and the dining room was stunning. The only negative thing is that they did not have the menu in English, only in german. Rooms are comfortable and spacious.

Ich bin kurzfristig ernsthaft erkrankt und konnte deshalb unsere Reise nicht antreten. Unsere Buchung war eigentlich nicht stonierbar. Wir haben der Hotelleitung unser Problem ehrlich vorgetragen. Die Hotelleitung ist uns daraufhin sehr entgegengekommen und hat uns eine großzügige Lösung angeboten, die wir natürlich gerne angenommen haben. Vielen vielen Dank dafür.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, ist modern, man kann Parkplätze direkt am Hotel gegen Gebühr reservieren. Die Zimmer sind modern und neu. Die Rooftop Bar haben wir nicht besucht. Wir haben an beiden Tagen im Restaurant gefrühstückt. Das war gut. Das Abendessen war hervorragend, aber der Service nicht mal ansatzweise gut. Die Kellnerin wusste nicht, was auf der Karte steht, die Pommes zum Tatar wurden gebracht als ich meine Vorspeise schon gegessen hatte. Alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt - wenn überhaupt dann war das Wiener Schnitzel recht trocken. Zum Schluss überlegte mein Mann, ob er es wagen soll, einen Gin Tonic zu bestellen - er hätte es lieber lassen sollen - der Eindruck war, dass statt Tonic Leitungswasser genutzt wurde.... ausgetrunken wurde der Drink nicht. Da sollte sich die Hotelleitung dringend was überlegen!

Alle Speisen waren frisch zubereitet und schmeckten sehr gut. Sehr gute Auswahl, auch bei Salaten und Nachspeisen. Und dazu Kaffee und Sekt kostenlos! Für 29 Euro ein sehr guter Deal. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr aufmerksam.
