A very nice hotel. The location and service attitude of the staff are great. It is suitable for family and friends to vacation. There are some different interactive activities arranged every day. The restaurant tastes very good. I will definitely stay here again.

As always my husband and I found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them, including finding us some extra firm pillows. The food was both delicious and plentiful. The entertainment was varied and very enjoyable and well led by Alex. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent hotel. Food was lovely with a large choice both at breakfast and evening meal. Staff ran the buffet meals like clockwork. Constantly cleaning and replacing food when dishes became empty. The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes walk to the left of the hotel to Altea promenade, which is lined with cafe bars and restaurants, all low-key. If you go to the right, you will be in Cap Negret, which has a few small cafe bars and a lovely sea front walk. We stayed in the standard room, which we were happy with. Although it was close to the road and above the car park we had beautiful views of both the beach and the mountain range. The beds were very comfortable and a small fridge is provided in the room with coffee and tea making facilities which are replenished regularly. Rooms are cleaned every day with towels, and bedding is changed constantly. The cleaners are very discreet and only come in when you leave one of 2 signs on the door. It was a very enjoyable holiday and I would highly recommend this hotel. There is a large cycling fraternity, but they were all very well behaved and well supervised

What's not to say about this Hotel, absolutely fantastic stay. We stayed for 3 weeks. The hotel was full of cyclists when we stayed there, and there was no noise, no issues, they were all polite & friendly. The entertainment was superb. Special mention to Belinda who is a little pocket rocket and an amazing dancer & entertainment host. Special mention to Jacky in the restaurant, she was always so helpful & polite, thank you Jacky. Also not forgetting Yuri who always went out of his way to assist. The Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the centre, where you can walk along the promenade for miles and climb to the top of the old town which is so scenic and gorgeous. And 5 minutes the other way is the beautiful Orla, and lovely walks in every direction. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, the beds are comfy, rooms spacious and food always tasty, and staff are lovely.

Lovely clean hotel, staff are very freindly, spotlessly clean, comfy beds. There are plenty of options at breakfast and evening meal, microwaves available to heat food if needed.bus stops right outside hotel, tram stop 5 minute walk away.celebrated a birthday here,guest services delivered a cake to our room, lovely touch. Comfortable, peaceful and welcoming. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My room,320 was clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom looked like it was halfway through been renovated as the walls were not painted just bare plaster. The bath was awkward to get in and out of as it was so deep but that was more down to my left leg problems rather than a design issue. The bed has to be the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for a long long time. The view although spectacular was disappointing at the same time because it had no view to the right due to the position of the room and it also meant that the sun disappeared from your balcony after lunch which I was not happy about having paid so much extra for an uninterrupted sea view! There was a good choice of food on offer at breakfast and each evening although again inconsistencies with different staff. Still water first 3 nights no charge then 4th night some male waiter wants me to sign for it and advise cash or card. Told him neither as I’d not been asked to pay up to now. He was so insistent that the lady at the next table handed me one of their unopened bottles as they had not been charged and said I could have theirs. Then the next night the same thing happened but I did not pay. On the other nights to save the embarrassment I purchased a drink from the bar and took it into dinner with me. The hotel was extremely busy but having said that it was still peaceful and it really is in the perfect location to explore this area of Spain. Using the local public transport is easy cheap and reliable too. A perfect way to spend Christmas on your own.

We are here until 7/1/25. It is a lovely hotel, the check in queue was long but the staff dealt with us all quickly. We upgraded to a comfort room with side seaview, the room is lovely, cleaned every day. Food is good, entertainment has been great, loads of Spanish guests who have been great. Staff are lovely. I only have one small complaint and that is having water with our meals. Although it’s filtered water we have to pay and I think water should be complimentary
