Then there were so many unexpected good things~ 1) The hardware is really online, the room is large and comfortable to live in; the bedding and bath products are very good, and there are even washing machines and humidifiers, which are very good~ 2) The service is really really good! The housekeeper Baina's service is completely pampered here~ I really responded to all my requests in the 3 days here; 3) I think Keketuohai is a rising skiing star, and a good hotel is really important! This one does a great job 4) The hotel service is very good. After placing an order on Ctrip, the hotel has a dedicated butler who will contact you and add WeChat to patiently inform you of the hotel check-in matters, so you won't have any worries about the trip 5) The most important thing is to talk about the service in Xinjiang. It is rare to see such meticulous and advanced services in Xinjiang. The butler Baina will help us make some preparations in advance. Our ski bags arrived in advance, and she helped us collect them and put them in the room in advance. She will respond to any needs at any time. The Hantian brand is indeed worth recommending to skiers.

Jiyu Hehantian This hotel is truly one of the most satisfying hotels I have ever stayed in. As other guests said, the decoration is stylish The room and bathroom were clean and the mattress was very comfortable, so I slept well. There is a capsule coffee machine, tea, plenty of free bottled water, a humidifier, a washing machine and it is well maintained. It is very suitable for those of us who are traveling for a long time. But one thing I think is very important is that the water quality in this hotel is very good. I boiled water with me for more than a week without any scale, and the water I drank also had a little sweetness, which was very delicious. The hotel restaurant is also very good, which completely eliminated our worries about not being accustomed to food after being out for a long time, which added a lot of points to our stay experience. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety of food, high quality and delicious food. After breakfast every day, we are full of energy to go skiing. Dinner includes Cantonese cuisine, Sichuan and Hunan cuisine, Huaiyang cuisine, Western food, and Xinjiang cuisine. There are many choices of dishes. I was very tired after skiing and didn’t want to walk around. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant every day and the dishes were not the same, and the food was of a high standard. I didn’t expect that I could eat such authentic Cantonese food and high-level Western food in Cocotohai. I was really surprised, and the portions of the dishes were great. Sufficient, the price is rich and frugal. My heartfelt thanks to the chef, Mr. Yang Kai, and all the chefs for their efforts in serving us delicious food. The waiters in the restaurant greeted Na, Zaizai, Dina and Xiaosa very well and were very attentive. I would especially like to commend Mr. Jing Jianming, the hotel operations director, and thank him for taking care of us during our stay in Cocotohai. In fact, before we even checked in, he was already helping answer questions and collect the ski delivery. On the day of check-in, because we arrived very late, he also helped us order meals in advance, so that we, who were tired and hungry, could eat as soon as we arrived. It was a great contribution. Although we stayed in a common room, Mr. Jing took the opportunity to understand our needs every day after we checked in. He was very considerate and made us feel at home. Other front desk staff, Zaza, Baina, Dirk, Yalin, etc. are all very nice and helpful. They feel like family members after staying here for a long time. This hotel really makes people feel like home.

Keketuohai Jiyuhehantian Hotel has a superior location, large rooms, good facilities and cleanliness. The hotel breakfast is very rich and the food tastes very good. The service staff is thoughtful and meticulous.
