We have stayed at the JUFA Altaussee twice now, the first time in October 2023 and then again in March 2024. Both times we were a large group of people with and without disabilities. The rooms, food, facilities and staff were excellent. We were very happy with the accessible rooms but most of all we loved the sauna area - bliss!

We were a large group (40 people). The staff were amazingly welcoming and really went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible. The rooms were very clean and fairly spacious, the beds were comfortable with good clean pillows, duvets and sheets and the beds were made every day. Food is buffet style and was much better than expected. The very best thing for me was free use of the sauna area and cabins which were fully stocked with clean fresh towels, comfortable loungers and tea! I highly recommend this place. We will go again next year!

Solid , friendly, straight forward service; The managemnt is responding to any issues immediately. Highly recommended especially for families with kids. The hotel is around 4km away from the center of Altaussee, which does not matter when you arrive with your own car.

Very basic hotel, more for students or backpackers. Clean, quiet. they offer bottles of water that seem complemtntary, no price indicated, then they charge you. Toilet paper is the cheapest they could find. and that's the whole atmosphere. Fair breakfast and dinner. Wi fi doesn't work in all rooms depite what's promise. My reommendation is to find another place.

Ideal for families with children, good location, food is also OK, rooms are rather old but clean, gym available, enough parking spaces, located right on the ski slope. Price/performance is absolutely OK. I can recommend it

There was very friendly staff, a super varied meal, and a great play area and gym. The rooms and hotel area were very clean. Our children loved the climbing area. The Loser ski area was just around the corner. If there had been enough snow, you could have skied there.

Wir waren mit unsrer 4. Klasse Volksschule dort und sowohl die Kinder als auch wir Lehrer haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Essen großartig - das Buffet war sehr vielfältig und für jeden etwas dabei! Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ist der Aufenthalt hier sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin und Personal. Für Familien und Gruppen empfehlenswert. Da etwas abgelegen, HP gut gewählt. Sporthalle super gerade wenn es mal regnet. Wenn Schulklassen da (wie bei uns) etwas lebhaft beim Abendesseen, aber wir sind einfach erst um 19 Uhr gegangen 😉 Verbesserungswunsch wäre ein Kaffeevollautomat beim Frühstück.

Super Unterkunft für Familien mit sehr nettem Personal. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl sowie Buffet am Abend mit 3 Varianten (1 davon vegetarisch). Für die Kinder gibt es abends ein eigenes Menü sowie einen Kinoabend, zusätzlich zum Indoor-Spielplatz.
