A complete crap hole
Roach infested room, as soon as you put the lights on, they scatter, the same in the bathroom. No remote for tv. When reserving room for 3 people, only 1 pillow on each bed. Front desk says no housekeeping, she cant do anything and ill have to deal with it till tomorrow. We went to the desk, and immediately checked out demanding a refund and a call from the manager. If course, no call from manager and no refund.

This stay was not what I expected. There were so many negatives, thankfully because I addressed the issues before I was given my deposit back.

Roach in the shower. Stains on sheets. Horrible smell. I did not even stay just got my 100 cash they held and went to the Hampton inn. Terrible place

Don't stay, not safe, not clean.
Upon arrival I had to stand outside the office, because lobby was closed, in a line in a not safe neighborhood, got to my room, bedsheets and towels were clean, everything else was dusty and it had a dead roach, next day, someone got in my room, eat my food, and forgot their prescription medication, left their underwear in the bathroom.. On the positive note, the staff was friendly.

The hotel is full of roaches, there is also black mold and the air conditioning barely worked the bedding wasn't clean either and they don't give out towels or toilet paper if you stay more than a couple weeks, there's two employees that were amazing but forgot there names they were females they were very helpful, they charge $50 if your a minute late past 11 to pay at the desk with no hesitation and you cant pay over the phone once your already staying there you can only pay at the front desk and I mean 11:01 your paying a late fee with no excuses my mother was in the hospital and I called and explained they said I wouldn't receive a late fee and guess what they charged me a late fee they didn't care about any situation and there's cops that are called out there very frequently. This hotel is like an overpriced trap house.

I traveled alone as a woman. I was given a room on the first floor with a door was completely broken, holes in the wall, and dirty sheets. I asked to be moved and I was given a room with a door that barely closed. I barricaded myself in with the chair in the room and had to shove toilet paper in the holes in the walls just in case. Checked out about an hour later out of fear.

The beat thing would be to get my refund because the hotel was very dirty and it looked like a crack hotel. And it smelled with roaches i couldn't bathe because it was not a bathing environment.
