Solid hotel with nice staff and 24/7 gym. Unfortunately the cleaning staff are VERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. The cleaning woman took 4+ hours to clean the room right next to mine every day I stayed there, and continuously slammed the door over and over right in my face. They are 100% doing this on purpose. I don't know why cleaning staff act like this. It's very common especially in chain hotels like Hilton. Please train your cleaning staff what hospitality means. For some reason they think they are in a war against the guests.

We always enjoy our stays at embassy. Great breakfast, pool and courtyard. Nice to hangout and play games in courtyard. Alcohol reception too!
Clean and had a nice restaurant too.

Omaha steak was very disappointing
We had 8 people at table and when seated they change shifted. However the waitresses didn’t communicate the orders. Then changed back to original waitress. They screwed up food orders and my food was salty and had hair in it.
The property itself was great very clean and staff were helpful.

The pool was so hot, no circulation the chemicals so strong you couldn't stay in pool area. The pool was 4ft deep at the deepest point. Not kid friendly hotel at all. But what was worst, the rooms were so hot.

Blood stains on my sheets
Police knocking at my door at 5AM asking if anyone was in my room & if i heard screaming or banging around
Would not advise what was happening

Property was by a lake with a nice view. Breakfast need a little more work. And the rooms are hollow which allows for complaints better to stay on Lower level

Great hotel! Will be staying again ＜3
Our room was beautiful, clean and cozy! Customer service was amazing! My only issues was a few of our outlets were unusable so two large corners of the room were unable to be lit, or provide adequate usage of charging our mobile devices during the stay. The mattress on the pullout sofa bed was also a bit worn for wear, not the comfiest or the cleanest so we needed to double wrap it with extra sheets before sleeping.
