Stayed here June 2023 with Caledonian travel, we loved it so much we have booked again for this year June 2025 Staff so friendly and food was delicious. We had a lovely room with a balcony. Hope we get the same one again. The little village was a pleasure to walk into after our busy trips out. We even hiked up to the lovely view point thru the woods to the Balcony of Italy amazing plus a little cafe to take in the amazing views

Just returned from The Milano with Caledonian Travel,what a beautiful hotel it is,set in lovely grounds,30 minute drive up the mountain side through lovely villages overlooking Lake Como,stunning scenery.The family Mama and Alex who own the hotel are so welcoming and go above and beyond for you,they are so lovely always smiling and happy to help,the staff are amazing,they never stop looking after you,my room was beautiful,i loved it,lovely balcony overlooking the gorgeous grounds,maids were in everyday,the meals were really lovely,5 courses each night,they were so tasty,everything at this hotel was gorgeous,small village 5 minute walk away with around 5 places to eat and a beautiful church and a beautiful viewing point over Lake Lugano a 20 minute walk away,cant wait to go back x x

Wonderful Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food very good. Spotlessly clean, wonderful views close by. The Hotel is at an high altitude and off the beaten track. If you are visiting you need transport. Lovely Gardens to relax in.

Lovely hotel and the restaurant is very good. A good chef and friendly staff who are always attentive and speak English well. We recommend the seafood specials and everything about the place is simply lovely. Alex is a superb host!

Just returned from the hotel milano with caledonian and had a great time. The family run hotel was old but excellent with good food (5 courses with wine). The 2 drivers Peter and Simon were excellent and entertaining and made the holiday. Don't hesitate to book if interested.

Dai sottostanti laghi di Lugano e di Como, si deve salire fino ai 900 m di Lanzo d'Intelvi per trovare questo hotel. Bella location nella natura, anche per il tranquillo contesto del borgo in cui è posizionato e al suo bel giardino antistante con comodo parcheggio privato. Buoni servizi e personale cordiale. Si mangia pure bene e con piatti creativi, anche grazie al suo chef (credo sia genovese).

Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni nel mese di agosto 2022; al nostro arrivo siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla cordialità e disponibilità del titolare della struttura. la camera assegnata era grande, confortevole, luminosa, con arredamento moderno, climatizzata, TV e frigobar. Pulizia impeccabile con igienizzante per le mani disponibile per gli ospiti. Personale estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile. Colazione, pranzo e cena molto ricche con prodotti di prima qualità; parcheggio auto ampio nella struttura. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo perché siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, ci siamo trovati veramente bene

Abbiamo trascorso 3g/2n in questo hotel con una smartbox ed al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto scegliere fra due stanze scegliendo la più piccola, ma con due balconcini sul giardino. Sono stati da subito molto cordiali e ci hanno fatto mettere la moto al coperto nel garage così era al riparo dalla pioggia. La stanza era molto accogliente, ben pulita (così come il bagno) e fornita di doppi cuscini (non spesso li abbiamo trovati in altri hotel). Il gestore ci ha fornito dei dépliant per cosa visitare nei dintorni dandoci dei buoni suggerimenti. La cena ha sempre avuto piatti ben presentati e buonissimi. Il personale di sala molto disponibile e tutti quanti ti fanno sentire a casa.
