Habitación limpia, moderna y cómoda. Tiene microondas y máquina de cafés y snacks en la entrada. Justo al lado de una cafetería restaurante, un supermercado y una gasolinera. Estupendo. Aceptan animales con suplemento que me costó 8'25. Buena ubicación cerca de las sierras si te gusta la naturaleza.

El chico que nos hizo el checking muy atento con nosotras, nos dio muchas indicaciones. La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. Para pasar la noche en Altsasu perfecta. Parking amplio y en el mismo edificio hay un BM, una cafetería y enfrente una gasolinera. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con las de esta web. Por descuido me deje los pendientes y se tomaron muchas molestias para devolvérmelos. Mila esker!!

Eramos familia y amigos los que íbamos a estar varios días de turismo por la zona, mi habitación tenía cama de matrimonio con un colchón muy cómodo, era muy amplia, buenas vistas, y con una meticulosa limpieza diaria, es cierto que no tiene recepción, pero si hay algún problema están allí en literalmente cinco minutos. Hay aparcamiento, un bar donde se desayuna muy bien y un gran supermercado. Además me ocurrió que el último día olvidé mi cartera en la habitación, llamé al cabo de unas horas al hotel para confirmar si estaba allí, me dijeron que la habían encontrado y me la mandaron a mi casa, la cartera me llegó perfecta y con el dinero intacto, que no eran 20 euros precisamente. En definitiva; muy buena habitación, limpia, completa y además con gente de confianza que te da consejos para posibles visitas por la zona y te resuelven los problemas. ¿Que más se puede pedir teniendo en cuenta su precio?

Grupo de 14 personas y todas coincidimos: dejadez, falta de limpieza, falta de mantenimiento, platos de ducha con grietas tapadas con silicona marrón o era silicona transparente con suciedad incrustada ??. El secador tenia un cortocircuito y solo de enchufar ya olia a quemado, mi vecino al llegar tuvo que canviar por ruido del magnetotérmico del cuadro de luz, en mi nevera colgaba la placa electrónica por un hilo, en el entresuelo habia una máquina de café y una de bebidas y no funcionaba ninguna de las dos.... en fin se nota que nadie supervisa nada.

La foto nada tiene que ver con lo que hoy es el hotel. Todo el edificio está reformado y en él han integrado el hotel, un supermercado, una cafetería, y una panadería. Según con qué plataforma hagas la reserva, te darán una clave o tendrás que ir a la cafetería para hacer el check-inn, pues no exite ninguna recepción. Es de agradecer que en la primera planta del hotel exista una máquina de vending, una de café e incluso un microondas. En la habitación había un frigorifico (que no funcionaba). Si a esto le unes que la calefacción tampoco funcionaba, y poca ropa de cama, pues que pasamos una noche de frío que para nosotros se queda. La cama muy dura y las almohadas muy duras. Para mí se queda en hotel de carretera barato que no merece la pena a no ser que no encuentres otra cosa en la zona.
