A very welcoming hotel. We initially had an air conditioning issue with our room… immediately an engineer popped up to check it out…the hotel was completely booked for that night but a fan was sent to our room.. we were moved the next day to another room.. Kimberly , the manager, was the most perfect coordinator and made us feel like we really mattered. We were visiting the area in an effort to try out a horse for purchase…outside activity in July definitely requires an air conditioned environment…so, returning to a warm room was not acceptable. Kimberly deserves a bonus for all the care she took to ensure we were happy and comfortable!!

Shower flooded the whole bathroom. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working. Parking garage was down the street.

So let me say this location and hotel is amazing!!! However I have never been at a hotel with no back up generator. Two restaurants in this hotel I am unsure how they kept the food safe with power out for 3 and half hours. After being outside all day where it was hot came back to shower and boom no power!! It was miserable!!!

It’s in a fantastic area, hotel is very nice. Our first room, air conditioning was extremely loud so we moved to another room, however that room air conditioner was leaking and carpet was wet. But they were very understanding.

Could have been better
The stay was good but they don’t have no ice bucket in the rooms and no microwave that is a negative for the stay at the Hilton as much as you pay you should have those things in your room I paid 700 dollars not to have those items at all
