This is one of those places you find very unpleasant due to its poor management. We stayed in one of the apartments for a week and were hoping for a cleaning and towel change, but that didn't happen. Towels are changed for a fee of 1 euro per towel, and no cleaning is done at all. Checking out was another problem; you have to leave the apartment by 10 a.m., having left all the dishes clean and tidy and taken out the trash. Otherwise, they charge you a 40-euro supplement. We've never been to an aparthotel where you have to leave at 10 a.m. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Being in a practically empty aparthotel with no new guests arriving, given the light snowfall, we thought it wouldn't be a problem to extend our checkout time to midday, but they said yes, for a fee of 50 euros. The towels were threadbare, the gym was very basic, freezing cold, as they only had one heater that didn't work, etc. Everyone can draw their own conclusions. We will neither return nor recommend it.
