"Basic room and pretty small. Bathroom has stain at wall and floor. Basin was clogged. Iron located at designated corner in each floor. The rest were fine and just nice."

"The ABC Ampang building offers great convenience with a supermarket right downstairs. You can easily pick up pre-cut fruits like pineapple, watermelon, and guava, usually found near the cashier. Plus, there's a good selection of eateries like Llaollao, BingXue, and 4fingers, among others. The unit also features a smart TV, so you can log in to your Netflix account."

"Stayed 3 days and 2 nights at Hotel T+ Premium. 1. The hotel was clean and tidy. 2. The staff were very friendly. 3. It's conveniently located close to town. 4. Just outside the hotel, there's a 'family corner' where you can buy chocolate cake. 5. It was great to have a lift, so no need to tire yourself out climbing stairs! 6. They provided two pillows and a really plush mattress, making for a super comfortable sleep! 🤣 7. Car parking is also available. ***My only minor suggestion is regarding the trash cans. Only one is provided, so if you move it to the bathroom, you have to bring it back to the main room. It would be much better to provide two – one for the bathroom and one for the sleeping area. Thank you! 😘"

"Had a pleasant experience during our 2-night stay at this hotel. There are dining options nearby, and it's located right next to Tun M's birthplace complex. We enjoyed beautiful views from rooms on the second floor and above. The room was clean, though the sink area was a bit unsatisfactory. The staff were very cooperative."

"Strategic location and it was within walking distance to Aman Central Shopping mall. Hotel equipped with basic amenities (forgot to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste and it was provided upon request - but not comb 😔). Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Aircond in room was on good condition."

"The 100% poor thing is room super noisy! The bird stay next to the window. The sound comes repeatly (wu wu wu) The second noisy sound come from the road (the car, lorry. motorcycle.....) You can't even sleep well... I'll not stay again next time. No enough sleep no energy all day"

"Stayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling. The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much. Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving. One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay. All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!"

"This hotel is located in Alor Setar town, close to Aman Central Mall. However, for safety, it's advisable to take a Grab or taxi when going there, especially at night, as the area can be a bit quiet. The hotel was clean despite its age. The air conditioning units were new and very powerful. The service was also excellent, and all the breakfast food was delicious. The price was very reasonable."
