Location: In the absolute city center. Right next to the TV tower, on the other side is Alor Star Plaza, the Royal Museum and the Art Gallery. Opposite is Parkson, and downstairs is a huge supermarket. It couldn't be more ideal.
Room: I have never stayed in a room with such a luxurious area. The mattress is so comfortable.
Service: To be honest, they really care about us foreign guests. After recommending a lunch restaurant, they had to wait there and explained it to the Grab driver in person. In addition, they cleaned the room in advance and let us check in.
The best hotel location in Alor Setar, right in the city centre, close to all major sightseeing ponits, and Parkson shopping mall. The facilitiea are very new, clean and comfortable. The biggest suite I have ever stayed in. The staff are so caring and gentle. Firstly we were allowed to check in early once the room was available. Ina really helped. Then Ahmad not only recommended the great lunch Malay restaurant, but also being so considerate for us as foreigners, he waited with us to make sure Grab driver really understood where to take us. Thanks to them, we had a wonderful stay on Alor Setar. Wish to revisit in the future.

It was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good.
