This hotel has friendly receptionist and is clean. They also provide night security for vehicles parked around the hotel.
The sink with cracked lines needs to be replaced for safety reason and cleanliness.

The hotel is located quite a distance away from the centre of town but away from the husle bustle of the city. The room was small with little space to move. There is no elevator to the upper floors. We are thankful that the receptionionist changed our room from the third floor to the second floor. There is ample parking space for guests.

We booked rooms with window and view. But the rooms provided are at ground floor and the windows are facing a high hoarding at ground floor and totally no view. Disappointed.

As always good stay here, comfortable, clean and staff very friendly. 1 of the perfect choice for me to stay every time I'm visit Alor Setar. Definitely will be back and stay here. Room value for money!!!
