Royale Signature Hotel Reviews

I stayed at the Royale Signature for 2 nights and had a very poor experience. Cleanliness was poor and upon checking in to my room, I found a lot of visible dust on the furniture and worse, oily handprints on the corners of cupboards. The room had a very stale smell and almost all the pillows smelt sweaty. The wallpaper was peeling and the interiors was generally faded and in need of refurbishment. Will definitely not return again.

The hallway and room smell unpleasant. The room was so dirty and the floor are sticky to step on with barefoot. The toilet is so dirty with stain and mold at the wall. The hot water is inconsistent, need to call up the maintenance guy to come over to fix it twice. And the bed felt itchy probably due to bugs or something else. The mugs also left with lipstick and coffee stain. This is so disappointing and surely wont be staying in this hotel again.

Spacious, clean & value for money. Walking distance to Amanjaya Mall. Breakfast is good.. will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Alor Star

No recommend this hotel. Polisi hotel yang tidak membenarkan untuk tempahan food panda sangat menyusahkan. Perlu cas sekiranya ingin tukar tuala walaupun tuala dah kotor. Satu-satunya hotel yang semua benda kena bayar, padahal ingin tukar tuala sahaja.

Hotel with spacious room.

Always the only choice when I came to Alor Setar. Comfortable bed, nice staff, proximity to Aman Central. Perfect for me.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel but I am very disappointed with the changes made to the hotel compared to the previous stay. A beautiful hotel with a very beautiful view of the Alor Star tower. But what really disappointed me was when the room I booked was very dirty with a carpet that was not vacuumed, the condition of the wood was damaged and the nails sticking out were dangerous especially if there were small children, the wallpaper was coming off, the towels looked like they had not been washed and smelled like they had been used, the air conditioner cold not cold even when set to the coldest temperature, yellowish dirty water and unstable hot water, dirty floor, toilet wall mirror that looks like it has never been washed. Very disappointing hotel and should not get 4 stars. Aircond only in the lobby. If you go up to the room, all the corridors don't feel air-conditioned. One hundred percent bad maintenance. The only thing I can accept is that the working staff are very helpful and friendly. The staff at the breakfast section are also friendly. This may be our last stay at this hotel and I will not stay here again. Thank you

Room is big and clean. Location is great and near at Aman Central shopping mall

Water heater not well functioning and could not bring your owned food or outsiders

1st: First in my life stay in the hotel not allow bring outside food . Refer photo 1 &2 . 2nd : i stay in junior suite but not as i understand about Junior suite. 3,4 . 3rd : everything is charge including mineral water Refer photo 5 .parking lot difficult to get. Other than that its suitable for 3* hotel not 4* . Without amenities like swimming pool and other activities. Service & cleanliness ok.

Near to Aman central shopping mall, Private hospital,food stall, restaurant and cafe. The amenities is top notch! I would consider to come again for next trip.

Before I check in here, I already read all bad review about this hotel. Make me really worried to book this hotel. Because here at Kedah have really limited hotel so I decided to try book this hotel and surprisedly this hotel not soo bad. When i check in staff really friendly and help us with all our bag that nice. No outside food allowed then we decided to have in room meal. That meal not really expensive and soo delicious too. Just disappointed me, our bathtub can't use. Other than that, we really happy stay here.
