Beautiful villa decorated with love, conveniently located, walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Secure, clean. Hostess is hospitable, caring and helpful. Breathtaking views of the sea. One of our best stays! Would love to return back.

Spectacular is an understatement. The Ammos Villa at SK Place is definitely one of the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at anywhere. From the amazing views, to the beautifully well- appointed home. One can’t ask for anything more. And our wondeful host Katerina and her attentive staff just made the stay here so worthwhile. Katerina made sure we always had everything we needed and even helped arrange for our tours and transfers. This made our stay at this beautiful island even more memorable. It was truly unforgettable and we wish we could just stay here forever. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Truly an incredible experience while staying here in Crete!!!

I did a lot of research on these villas before booking but until you stay there you don't realise how fantastic the villa is, views and position from nearby Almyrida are stunning. However what really puts these villas above other villas we have stayed at is the organisation from the owner Katerina and her house keeping team. Katerina had organised our taxi transfers from the airport. Also offered was a shopping service which we took advantage of, so when we arrived the fridge was fully stocked with all the food and drink we had ordered from the UK. Daily house keeping from the lovely Ms Lilley, it was great to have beds made and villa tidied up. We stayed at Villa Ammos, very private & peaceful with great views of Almyrida and of course those sunsets! Definitely will return. Highly recommended. Steve & Chrissie, London.

This had been the most perfect holiday the views are amazing our Ammos villa only a short walk into Almyrida. With some lovely restaurants and snack type food too. Taxi Company, car hire motorbike, cycle hire also available in the village, we felt the village was still relatively untouched from too many tourists no big skyscraper all inclusive hotels just lovely. Cove with Sandy beaches shallow Shores which made it perfect for families with young ones to paddling in. Our host Katerina and her staff were wonderful. Katerina was on hand, for all our problems or questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her. A lovely kind snd friendly lady, she was here to welcome us too. Her homemade marmalade is the best ever! The accommodation is immaculate. We could not fault the high standard and how immaculately clean it was also daily cleaners if required. The welcome pack contained many things including wine water huge bowl of fruit some vegetables and bread. The kitchen itself so well equipped dishwasher oven barbecue facilities outside were immaculate with a wonderful shaded seating area and comfy sunbeds Thank you, Katerina for looking after it so well.

Fabulous Villa in an idyllic location. Villa Ammos is a 3 bed 3 bath property with a pool & spectacular views of the Med. The Villa is serviced daily by a couple of lovely ladies & the owner is on hand to answer any queries. We also hired Stella a local chef & sommelier for my wife’s birthday and she produced a spectacular dinner with paired wines. The small town with plenty of bars & restaurants is a 5 minute walk as is the beach. Only minor gripe was €450 to heat the pool for a week. A bit minty!

Stayed at SK with my husband, parents and uncle. Amazing location and villa - walkable to Almyrida Beach and lots of restaurants and shops walking distance. Staying in Almyrida is low key which I loved compared to Old Town which is more touristy and busy. Villa has lots of space for 6 people. Katerina is super kind and is an expert on Crete - she has all the best recs. Highly recommend snorkeling with George, a day trip to Sfinari with Giannis and private dinner with chef Stella.

This is our third stay at SK Place and we have already booked to return next year. The first two years we stayed in Almyra and this year we were in Anemos. All three villas are fabulous. They are beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Katerina is a wonderful and very charming host who organises everything including booking taxis and restaurants. Mrs Lilly and Maria do a great job cleaning the villa. The pool man and gardeners keep the outside areas clean and tidy. This is the best place we have ever stayed.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ammos Villa last month. As a family of five with kids ages 13, 11, and 9, we found Crete to be a perfect destination with its amazing people, delicious food, beautiful beaches, and excellent weather. Highlights of our trip included hiking the Imbros Gorge, taking a private boat tour along the southern coast from Sfakia, and hiring Stella the local chef to cook for us. The villa itself was immaculate, comfortable, and offered stunning views. Our kids absolutely loved the pool. The owner, Katerina, was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back someday. Thank you, Katerina!

Our fourth time at SKVillas. Perfect as always. Katerina is so helpful. The villa is lovely and clean. The pool area is so relaxing. Sitting on the sofa, drinking coffee, looking out to sea. Wonderful! We have already booked again for next year.
