Hotel Victoria Playa

Very good service we wanted to stay only one night, but this hotel had a lot of fun for people specially for kids, and we stayed 2 nights , good location good breakfast and good price for drinks we had good experience and we will be come back again

Instead of gently notifying me of the check-out time, suddenly one of the cleaning ladies enters my room shouting and interrupting my conversation on the phone. It did not end there: they dared to call the police only for an hour late. I repeat: I have not been notified of the time of check out from the first day. If earlier I gave 5 points, now I give one. Concrete proof that materialism exists.......................................................................

Location of hotel is perfect go out the gate down the slope and you are on the beautiful beach of santo Tomas had a issue with the air conditioning in the room which took 2 visits to correct but give the hotel credit it was fixed which was surprising as this hotel is having a refurbishment and will be TUI Blue next season. Check in quick deposit for pool towels taken like alot of hotels,grounds are lovely spent alot of the time in garden area clean and tidy. Food ok but we are not fussy eaters the restaurant had no atmosphere more like a school or work canteen and the main issue with hotel is the tracing paper they call walls between rooms,during the refurbishment I hope the put in soundproofing as you can hear your neighbour's sneezing. We went all inclusive and had a reasonable selection of drinks but I feel the snacks should be covered to stop the large amount of flies landing on them needless to say we did not partake in snacks. Rooms tired and in words of estate agent compact with a large bathroom and adequate terrace.
