We visited it in 2022..Excellent location...very co operative staff...rooms are adequately sized and comfortable and they have adequate heater service(price extra).. but no elevators( a negative if you are travelling with elders)..food is great. But what trumps other hotels in this area is the view of the snowy mountains..a fantastic unobstructed view of snow capped nanda devi,trishul....and a neat little dense pine forest walk beside it...very few explores that forest but let me tell you in a clear day the breath-taking views it provides will make the stay in this hotel a memorable one.

The hotel location was the best in Kausani, Food was satisfactory. The room didn't have any balcony plus the furniture was not of the quality you expect in a hotel managed by leisure hotels.For a one night trip it's a pretty decent stay.

The property itself was good, but the staff was uncooperative and often made excuses for even minor issues. For instance, when I requested restroom cleaning before 5 PM, the waiter claimed the cleaner had already left. However, after 5 PM, the manager stated that the cleaner only stays until 5 PM—an obvious contradiction.
The food was decent, but the chapatis were shockingly small for ₹25 each. Normally, I eat four chapatis, but even ten of these wouldn’t be enough. Additionally, the washroom taps were were not giving enough water you have to wait long to get filled a mug , further highlighting the lack of maintenance.
Overall, while the property has potential, the poor management significantly affects the experience.

Location is best. It is one of the best hotel in kausani. Good food. Good staff behavior. It shows that owner had spent enough money on hotel's look.

Awesome location, good fresh cooked food & great hospitality. I have been twice to this hotel, first time in 2012 & second in 2023. Infact i did plan my trip for the second time because of this hotel & its location. It is very quite place not commercialised. If you want a break from the noisy life this is the place to be

Had a nice and pleasant experience of stay in this hotel. The only disadvantage is booking in advance through makemytrip that we were allotted a corner room in the basement -1) despite prior booking 10 days in advance. But still the room was not that bad. The stay was comfortable.

Location is excellent, food is ok amenities and service is also good. The sunrise and the view of the mountain is splendid. October perhaps is a better time visit.
