We had a truly extraordinary stay at Nayalap — an idyllic refuge from the hustle and bustle of city life. The location was nothing short of breathtaking, offering a serene campsite and forest where we could reconnect with nature in its purest form. The facilities were spotless and impeccably maintained, while the staff exuded warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The generosity, and attentiveness of our hosts Tanuja & Anindya, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptionally comfortable and memorable. From their thoughtful gestures to their expert local knowledge, they infused our stay with a wonderful sense of care and authenticity. We relished the opportunity to sit around the nature, enjoy the scrumptious food and creating memories that will linger in our hearts for years to come. Without a doubt, we will be eager to return to this enchanting spot in the future.

The experience was true to the name of our resort, Rural Himalayan glamping. The stay was extremely comfortable, and completely immersed in nature. The rooms were very nicely maintained. Chandan and his team ensured we were taken care of, from our morning tea to evening desserts. Kids were spoilt with the yummy local cuisine, and access to nature. Tanuja’s experience and her time with us was the highlight of our trip. She took us around to hidden trails and treks discovered by her over the years. She introduced us to the mountains in her own way, pointing out flora and fauna, and making it super fun for the kids. I couldn’t recommend this place more to all those who are looking for a more authentic experience and immersion into the kumaoni himalayas.

Nayalap gives you everything that you need to experience true serenity in the lap of nature and the beauty of the mountains. The food cooked by Prem or hospitality by Chandan everything is just an added The forest walk and picnic overlooking the river was definitely something I always wanted to experience. Can’t wait to go again next year!

My overall experience was good . Everyone was very down to earth especially chandan. But I have few suggestions for Nayalap 1 : Need one stand mirror in room . 2 : should maintain lawn and garden area and grow some seasonal flowers . That's all . Location : 4 Ambiance : 4 Food : 3.5

Our stay was for 2 nights in May 2024 . The location is amazing , overlooking the valley . The tents are very well done up. The interior features a large king size bed , a table , power points for charging etc , well laid out table with coffee , tea and some biscuits . What’s more interesting is the wide array of books that are kept in each tent ( a good selection) for you to slow down your time and read away. The food - nothing gets better than well cooked food which is served at your tent or at the common dining tent . The toilets in the tent are clean , and luxurious . Linen is clean and fresh. Andy and Tanuja have really taken care to see that the Glamping experience is full and short of nothing . They are well versed with the local culture , flora and fauna . This is what makes the stay very sustainable and natural to the environment . Not to mention their day hikes and walking tour of the village . It’s a must do . Put simply , you can check in any time , but I doubt you can ever leave . This place will beckon you to stay forever.

So, I’m usually not the biggest fan of camping, just the way I am but I really wanted to experience a few things with my furbaby, so we went for luxury camping (aka glamping). And honestly, it wasn’t bad at all! The setup was really comfortable, and it gave me a taste of the outdoors without sacrificing too much on comfort. I mean, having a cozy bed, clean bathroom, and all those amenities in the middle of nature was a pleasant surprise. But what really stood out for me was the food! The Indian/local dishes they served were absolutely delicious, and it made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. There’s something about enjoying a hearty, flavorful meal under the open sky that just hits different. While I’m still not the biggest fan of camping, this glamping trip was a pretty decent experience, especially with my fur baby by my side. If you’re like me and not into roughing it, but still want to dip your toes into nature, glamping is definitely worth a try!

It was so beautiful and awesome place. The tents, the comfort, the view all were so good and staff was really polite and helpful. We have tasted some authentic food and it was very tasty.The forest walk was really informative and beautiful. Too much scenic beauty at the place, I must say
