Good services with good food.

Wonderful experience. We went for the temple trek guided by Virendra. He made us bird watch on the way and told us about the flora also. Went with my parents(aged 60). Must recommend when you stay at ITC. Breakfast spread was tasty and fresh. We ate all other meals a la carte- great kumaoni thali!

This hotel by ITC is as per his name, very welcoming and friendly staff. The road to reach the hotel isis at the nice location with good on-off road, having good food. The rooms were spacious and clean, living up the expectation. I had and the comfortable stay here.

As expected from any ITC hotel, outstanding experience. A great staff led by an exceptional GM in Mark Nicholas. The location is a bit far off if you plan to do daily safaris (60 minute drive to the nearest gates). However the rooms and the views are fantastic. But most importantly it's the staff, ***y of them local, that makes this a special place

Amazing location , very courteous staff, good food and well maintained property. One the best resorts to have a relaxing time and convenient to visit Jim Corbett national park. Resort provides lots of activities, Neeraj and Birender keep kids engaged and entertained with art work and indoor games. Justin and Rishabh were good hosts.

Hubby and I visited Welcomhotel Jim Corbet for a staycation in April. The resort is atop a hill, a little distance from Jim Corbet, and is ideal for a staycation. The Club room where we stayed, offered excellent views of the river and the Valley below, from the massive bay windows and it was lovely waking up each morning to such breathtaking views! The open terrace ***** with our room was ideal to sit around , with its comfortable chairs and we enjoyed our evening tea, sitting here, with mesmerising sunset views ! The rooms are well annointed, and the housekeeping staff did a commendable job in making us comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the sumptuous evening tea service, that was arranged for us on our terrace, by the staff, which we enjoyed with the spellbinding setting sun ! The Kumaoni Thali which we enjoyed at the restaurant, is definitely a must try The staff at the resort , seems to be genuinely invested in making the guests feel at home, and giving them a splendid experience! Any hotel is as good as the person at the helm, and under the able stewardship of Mr. Nicholas, who was always accessible, the staff at this resort, serves the guests warmly , and with a smile at all times, and ensures that any request is handled promptly and efficiently . Amazing experience at ITC, Jim Corbett, everything was amazing including the room, the staff, and the food. Also really enjoyed their arts and crafts activity where we were hosted by Virendra and Neeraj- they were really helpful and friendly.
