This is probably the worst hotel we have stayed in in over 40 years of holidays. Seriously under staffed,Food hygiene awful,flies in the dining room. In the room found 2 stains on the bed cover we left it till the next day to give them chance to change it, thought they had but had just turned the duvet over!! It was not changed for the whole week. The main restaurant is a works canteen, regimented tables in lines with no room between them to get past safely. Very hot and uncomfortable gir eating. The food was at best aired and very little variety, tables left uncleared due to lack of staff if you sat at a set table for 4 we were asked to move to one set for the three of us. Lack of cups and saucers, people were drinking hot drinks from glasses. Although the swimming pools were nice they are 1.80 metres deep not suitable for short people or non swimmers. The eco drinks system was bizarre, you are given wooden tokens to exchange for a plastic glass for daytime and redeem it when you return them. We were never asked for the token, but given more when we returned the ones we were using. The lifeguard had several of the plastic beakers, but he just put them in the bin. The snack bar open 11.00 to 1.00 and them 3.00 to 7.00 when the restaurant is closed. Food put out at 11.00 and left all day. If you went at 3.00 everything was cold, food covered except for bread and buns which was curling up and covered in flies. It was for all inclusive or you paid 12 euros for food, there was no one there, so anybody just helped themselves taking plates out around the pools, even though its forbidden for safety. We took a plate out one day and was stopped, fair enough. However a short time later the lifeguard was seen talking to someone with a burger etc and just let him carry on around the poll with it. Others were stopped from taking out cellophane wrapped biscuits and muffins out. There were never any staff there to get a beaker with your token, so you couldn't get a drink. I told one of the management staff the ice creams were stuck to the bottom of the freezer and has gone a rancid yellow. Their solution was just to pile more on top and not clean it out. The people worthy of a mention are the bar staff who doubled as restaurant staff, they worked like like trousers and certainly earned their money. On mentioning lack of staff at reception we were told they only employed more staff when they were busy!! I could go on but make you own mind up if you want to go there. Everyone we spoke to said they would not return.
