I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. One goes on holidays a few days a year, and we expect a nice experience after a full year of work. Instead I got even more problems instead of being able to relax, specially when we arrive at a hotel where the staff is lacking empathy and manners. I had a problem with my reservation (was an honest mistake) and there was no effort to resolve it from either the reception staff (they even were kind of mocking me for the situation) and then I tried to resolve it at the customers service and Mr. Jose López only gave me an answer (without resolving anything) after FOUR emails and a bad review on my part to their survey. The lack of professionalism astounds me! As for the hotel conditions: 1) The rooms could be in better condition and I asked for a sea view, which is laughable since they charge more for it, but you need to look to the left from the balkony to see it (you have other hotels in front of you). So not worth the price, I think. 2) The pool zone is chaotic, since it's shared with Playalinda. But the main problem is that there is a sign saying it's forbidden to reserve pool chairs, but forget it!! If you want to do like the others and have a chair for the day, you need to arrive until 11am and then you can leave it there all day. I saw it happen... and no enforcement of the rules by the staff. I was never in a hotel like this tbh. 3) As for the food it's ok, but there is barely any fruit!! Always watermelon, melon and pineapple... and that's it. The only good point I must say, and that from my point deserves a star, is the pet policy. I saw all kinds of pets in the allowed areas, and the owners always respected the rules, and they allow all species and cats and dogs. So congrats on that. I'm not repeting this expercience though.

Booked through Love Holidays, app great no problem. Smooth sailing. Beach is very close with a nice promenade with shops etc Hotel has everything expected Prob was we were literally the only English people here & as English people who don’t speak/understand Spanish we struggled. This hotel is entirely centred around the Spanish in every sense. I get we are in Spain (before the comments start) but just to advise people before they book this is the case. We struggled from the start but saw the week through after quickly understanding the very basic food & drinks etc. On arrival the show you a terrible room which you booked & at the same time show you the upgrade at todays half price deal- €200!!. They also charge for the safe €35 & pool towel change €1 per towel, not a problem, just for info. Also something to note is if your flight is later in the day, check out is midday & you are then on your own, no food/drink, no showers/changing rooms, no towels nothing. We sat poolside sweating for 6.5 hours waiting for transfer with no where to change for the flight. Again with prior knowledge, this would be fine, we would just book an earlier flight. These are simply some facts, take as you will

Rooms are standard enough, all you need, clean and comfortable beds. Pools are just brilliant, slides are fantastic! Plenty of lifeguards all the time. Big slides height restrictions are 120cm. Right on the beech and board walk and local ***** for bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Lilly's on ***** for Food, friendly staff and EPL To the food, only booked breakfast as food very orientated to Spanish clientele. Good selection for breakfast of cereals, breads, standard fair. Pancakes/crepes are always being cooked with plenty of toppings. Staff mostly speak english and are generally very nice, especially Hugo the night porter who goes above and beyond Negatives Corridors are very noisy and as we were beside the lifts this was exacerbated by the suites of furniture placed outside lifts(Super Idea/NOT) on each floor, where children congregate up to to 1am Had two call security 3 nights in a row and deal with it myself another night, when an adult was too drunk to get to his room. The Gym is very limited and equipment was broken and unusable for most part Pools open at 10am and the usual sun bed run begins, but this is now usual and in Holiday resorts and i haven't taken points away, as there is generally enough beds for all I would go back and or recommend to a friend, with some caveats

I have spent a week there with my brother and his family, I had my own room with pool view and sea but a tiny little balcony,my brother a bit of a updated room for a family of four and a bigger balcony ,same view,we was all inclusive and I can say that the food was delicious from breakfast to dinner, staff very nice and friendly in restaurants and bars, plenty of sun beds by the pool, the cocktails for all inclusive they’re a bit dull so we chose to pay a little extra and get the regular cocktails and they was excellent, the only downside was that no really entertainment for the evening and most are for Spanish people, plenty of them in the hotel and a bit noisy, but if you don’t mind that you can enjoy a nice holiday, overall a good hotel to stay

Booked two double rooms and when we arrived were told we had been upgraded to junior suites! Suites were very spacious and clean with a private pool (shared with three other suites) overlooking the beach. Lovely views! Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walking access to the main town. Slides and main swimming pools great entertainment for the kids. Only negative was the breakfast buffet which is pretty poor.

My review is based on over 12 years of Spanish hotels including 6 previous Imserso holidays. This year having unable to go to this Hotel in 2020 because of Covid, we were looking forward to a nice break away in what looked like a superb Hotel. Firstly, we had asked for a side sea view which we were given – great. The room 601 was to say the least rather pocky and in need for a total makeover. 1. All the tiling both floor and all needed cleaning or regrouting inside and out 2. The bathroom had no ventilation, and no window so was stuffy and with a strange smell. It had a full bath with shower but getting in and out was ‘dangerous’ and not suitable for the older patron. 3. In the whole room there were 3 usable plug sockets (the 4th was for the fridge) and in this day and age no sign of USB sockets which is a huge oversight. 4. There was bed settee which had seen better days and if opened it filled the remaining floor space. 5. The door to the balcony did not seal properly and the wind whistled in and enough to blow out a lighter. 6. For the ladies no dressing table. 7. One plug in the bathroom for hairdryer, but what about razors, electric toothbrushes. 8. Both balcony chairs broken. 9. One light bulb gone in bathroom. There are others!!!! Moving on – reception and all the staff were very courteous and welcoming. The dining room – the layout was very chaotic, nothing seemed to be where it should be and with such a large room having just one servery was chaos. It was also not big enough for the total hotel numbers with queuing at most meals with staff trying to get to relay tables etc in amongst guests getting at the food. Then we come to the food – if you did not like salad you were in trouble, many of the hot dishes looked ‘strange’, with two exceptions the paella at lunch time and the pancakes, the rest was trial and error and certainly the worst food ever offered in some 12 years. Breakfast – the hot food was quite frankly a joke (see picture). So again, if you did not like cereal and toast etc you were again in trouble, (see picture of jams presented earlier on and later and no marmalade. The hotel overall was showing its age and was actually closed to the general public, the web site pictures need updating like the hotel, one picture of a pool does NOT exist!!!! Lack of areas where it was peaceful for cards etc, main room laid out like a school auditorium nothing like in the web photos. Remember we only have those pictures to decide where to stay and they are wrong and misleading. Finally not sure if the hotel was to blame or the organizers .

We just loved this hotel! Family of 5, kids 5,6 &13. Firstly the reception staff are brilliant, so so friendly and sorted us out with a interconnecting room. Rooms are standard enough, all you need, clean and comfortable beds but we only slept there. Hotel facilities are class! Pools are just brilliant, slides are fantastic! Plenty of lifeguards all the time. Big slides height restrictions are 120cm. Pools to suit all ages. Pool activities too. At reception there is a side door that goes from the pool to the street to a 5 second walk to the beach so handy. There's mini golf, human sized draughts and bowls available to play too. Kids club needs more staff. Safe while in the club wall but very hard to control 8-10 kids per 1 adult. I waited and watched mine and witnessed 1 child walking away, girl realised after 3 or 4 mins but too late in my eyes as a parent, the girl was understaffed so maybe the hotel could help by providing more staff. To the food, ok as an Irish person going to a Spanish country I didn't expect Irish food but in saying that we were happy with the food. Breakfast tips heat the croissants in the microwave and they're perfect. Bacon and eggs at the top cooking area, just ask them to cook it more. Cereals are nice, the milk to use is the big bottle to the closest of full fat milk. Lunch the kids loved the pesto pasta at the top cooking area, pizza and skinny fries. Pancakes/crepes are always being cooked with plenty of toppings. Dinner time is much the same, you'll find something and maybe try something new. Drink machine/ beer/ wine on tap and you help yourself. Desserts seem to be nicer at lunch time but kids figured out to take bowls to the pancake area for the Nutella pump and add ice cream and pancakes. We did go for food outside the hotel, If your looking the most amazing steak go to Raku but book in advance. Very reasonable pricing too and 1 min away away. Mexican up the street was horrific so don't waste your money. We went to the aquarium, owed by the hotel, I'm pretty sure if you email reception before you go you get a discount also we didn't go to Oasys Park because we didn't have enough time but looked brilliant. Hotel owns both so email for discounts. I think if you sign up on the hotel group website to a VIP card you get discounts. Also we went at the start of June before schools were out but there was a bank holiday in Spain and the hotel was at full capacity and coped very well. night entertainment was provided too. Drinks tip- slush puppies is lovely with rum 😅 Overall fantastic holiday, brilliant hotel and I'd definitely return here and use the hotel group for further bookings.
