My stay at ibis Almaty Jetisu in the Standard Double Room was very comfortable and convenient. The room, while compact, was clean, modern, and efficiently designed to make the most of the space. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night’s rest, and the room had all the essentials I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The hotel's location was great, close to key areas in the city, making it easy to explore Almaty. While the breakfast options were a bit limited, everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, ideal for travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable option in Almaty.

Except breakfast rest of them were excellent. Rooms were comfy Front desk staff were very helpful.

Miss Dana at the concierge is very helpful as my hubby was not feeling well and need to go to A&E. She told us that the hospital does not open 24hrs. She said she will call an ambulance for us. As we do not speak their native language, she was kind to arrange everything for us and told us to wait in our room. When the Medics came, Mr Anton at the concierge was in the midnight shift, he came up to us and was so kind to gave his mobile number in case we have problems at the hospital and to call him at anytime. We sincerely appreciate Miss Dana and Mr Anton for their impeccable service and kindness.

i’m very complain to this hotel. becuase i irritated from carpet cleaning chemical. wanted to cancel all trip and needed to make treatment for back this hotel manager didn’t give any compensation and return
