Everything was good, we had a nice stay. However, we found the staff a bit strict as they charged us USD 20 for a dirty towel that probably could have been washed easily. This has moreover not been communicated beforehand, while the cleaners (who reported the towel by sending a photo on their phone to reception) were in the room while we were there too; they could have just asked why there was a stain on it. We were in a rush in the morning, so we just quickly paid and left.

I am a woman who booked the hotel and stayed alone for 14 nights but my television said “Welcome Mr. Thomas”. I also didn’t get my rewards points or breakfast on my last day.

Probably the worst Swiss I was staying in so far.
Cons: Poor breakfast, level of service and amenities is barely a 4 star. Super slow stuff, you have to ask many times for same things with no response , stuff wasn’t very friendly, we didn’t felt welcomed. No spoons in a room , we asked for bathrobe for a child and didn’t get one in 2 days. Very small kids club for such a big hotel.
Pros: Beautifully designed new hotel, clean, great location and nice view. Barbeque restaurant by the lake was beautiful too, nice pools and spas. Great surroundings with forest and nature

Wonderful hotel but check in time must be respected by the hotel as we got checked in at 5:20 pm instead of 03:00 pm .

Location is in the fron of city, far away from airport. To the ciry centrum id will go in morning till 10a than will be in tradic and will go 1-2 hours.
Room new with comfortable beds, but i recomend book the cheapest rooms, because deluxe (50sqr) are about nothing, just alot of free space. Maybe if you will do some party in the room for 5-10 people. Room design very simpe compere with ankther hotel where i was.
Food very my tasty. In breakfast were a lot of vegetables, deuits, sweets and etc…
No welcome drink, 80% staff looked for very strange, unfriendly and not plesure.
Spa big, steamed bath with canalizatiom smell…
