The hotel has an ideal location. It is in a quiet courtyard but at the same time very close to the noisy walking streets where there are many cafes, shops, restaurants. The room itself and the furniture are a little tired but in terms of price-quality ratio, the location is excellent

The hotel is situated in the centre of Almaty, less than 5 minutes walk to restaurants, metro and attractions. My room faced towards an internal courtyard so was quiet, facing the main road may be noisier. The room was an okay size, clean, bland decorations with fridge, kettle, ac and a window you could open. The bathroom was small with walk in shower, good pressure and hot water. Breakfast was included, buffet style and was passable with an okay choice. Staff spoke English and were helpful. In summary it was as a standard business class hotel in a great position in Almaty centre.

We spent a few nights in different rooms in this hotel. With the exception of the first room, which was just OK, the other rooms we slept in were nice. Staff was generally nice and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. The best thing about the hotel is its location because it is very close to the pedestrian area and to the subway.

Basically a good hotel with pleasant breakfasts. However, we were given only one towel for a room with two people and when we went to reception to request further towels we were refused - I can't imagine that in any other hotel.
