The apartments are nice and big, sufficiently furnished, the breakfast leaves a little to be desired! The location is a little far from the center but there are shops and supermarkets very close, few restaurants.

It was clean and nice considering it was my first time there.
I stayed for two days, but I was really thankful that I had breakfast and did my laundry.

Good location, some very nice staff, only a few speak English. The rooms and apartments are spacious but some are very worn. There is no fish divider, the bathroom fittings are almost falling off the wall. The carpets in the hallway are in a terrible condition. The spa has a great hammam, the sauna cannot be used, the pools are at best children's paddling pools

We were a group of 9 booking 3 rooms and had a wonderful stay. Rooms and bathrooms were massive, kitchen facilities available to cook for children, the spa was amazing! staff were courteous and willing to help, we liked the location too - close to soo many amazing restaurants, supermarkets, the cathedral and green bazaar. All in all - great stay, would definitely come back here.

We had early morning checkin because of our inbound flight timing (prior information was left with hotel via email on the same). Checkin was smooth and within 10 minutes we were allotted the rooms. The apartment was big and spacious with one sitting room and open dinning area & kitchen area. Kitchen area had one fridge, micro oven, hotplates, basic cutleries one may need for cooking and one tea coffee maker. The bed room had one queen bed and the room was quite spacious with an attached powder room and a double wardrobe. The sitting room and the bed rooms were not only spacious but having ample number of windows with mountain views from almost all the windows. Bathroom was spacious with bathtub and good water pressure (hot & cold) and enough supplies of daily amenities. Breakfast was good with enough spread and they keep on changing the items. Only drawback is that enough heating option is not there hence the food gets cold if you come after 9 AM to eat. Front office staff were very helpful and can speak and understand English that was enough to communicate. They even helped us in arranging a car for our Charyn Canyon & Kolsai lake one day trip, where the driver and the car were good. Overall very satisfied with the hotel, its location and the staff behavior.
