Nice location, staff is very supportive and good breakfast. One disappointment was description for room info indicated as king size bed where in it was actually a queen size.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Almaty City Center and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. The proximity to Republic Palace and the Abai Metro station is particularly convenient1. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which ensured a good night’s sleep. The view from my room was also quite pleasant, offering a nice glimpse of the city2. The staff at Novotel Almaty City Center were exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient2. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The restaurant’s ambiance was also very welcoming1. The hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center, indoor pool, and sauna, were top-notch. It was great to have these facilities available for relaxation and exercise after a day of sightseeing1. The pricing was way very high in terms of the type of property. The rooms were very small, and they were not flexible at all in putting the Sofa bed instead of chairs. The breakfast was pathetic. They were not cooperative at all in vegetarian breakfast.

Very small room actually.Looks definitely less then 25 m2 And the real size of the QUEEN BED IS LESS THEN 1.8m and it was 1.5.The bad was uncomfortable and the linen was not soft. Every day we need to ask 1 more overall for bathroom cuz everyday we has only one in my room.And the same story with teeth brush.The room was booked for 2 by the way. Staff is actually good and pleasant! The main disadvantage is SMALL BED and small room-very tine for two people (we are about 170 cm tall). The breakfast is nice. Actually this hotel is overpriced for that kind of room provided

Slightly overpriced hotel. Rooms are very basic, but good breakfasts! Room is slightly small and dull… Location wise, very strategic. Accessible to many shopping malls and activities.
