Our B&B is located in an apartment building, guests need to enter the complex, go to the door building directly across from the front door, press the number 72 without adding # and we will open the door for you, the elevator goes up to the 16th floor on the left hand side of the door to enter.The surrounding area is richly set up and easily accessible, with buses going to all lines and the subway only about 800m away.

The owner of this apartment is nice and the location is perfect. But my concern was the cleanliness. The toilet was dirty and the bedding seems ever be changed.
However I really recommend for group travelers or families because the room and the living room are spacious

Very kind host 🥰. Great location (It was pleasant walking around, and food deliveries were very fast!)
Do note: this is like a homestay, a room within a condo, so you do not have your own bathroom. I wasn’t expecting that, but I would love to stay here again with a group of friends.
Amenities: Very high-quality Samsung laundry machine with quality detergent. And an adorable pomerarian 🐶
The owner is very kind and helpful 🙏

很棒的一家民宿，老闆熱情好客，是四川人。所以溝通完全沒有問題。民宿位置極佳，周邊就是大超市和拜科努爾地鐵站。這次住宿體驗很棒，如果來阿拉木圖旅行，推薦選擇這家民宿，很不錯。

這是一間開在阿拉木圖市比較高檔小區內的民宿。老闆人挺好，教了許多在該國的生存之道。幫我們省去自助遊的許多麻煩。挺好。提醒：後來旅遊者在找這個酒店時要隨時和老闆保持聯繫。
