The last thing you would expect after a long and tiring day is a group of people drinking in the hotel public place (hotel lobby). Full of alcohol smell when you enter the hotel, makes you vomit. To make it worst, the hotel receptionist tells you “this is completely normal in Kazakhstan”. He even added “we intentionally allowed them to drink in the hotel lobby, because it would have been inconvenient if they drank in their hotel rooms”. Shocked!

I booked this hotel based on the photos they provided, but apparently their photos didn’t match the reality. The front desk stuff told me that the photos they took are from hotel in Turkey, and that the room it self are different, and yes they were completely different.
The rooms are very small, very very small really. It seems the hotel is quite new. The breakfast is not bad, and have good view on the mountains.
Will I stay again? Answer no

The room is relatively new, clean, and newly renovated. The location is easy to find and the surrounding area is convenient. The front desk service is good and the English communication is smooth

The restaurant service is very good, but the room cleaning is really the worst I've ever stayed in a hotel.
When I showed the towel photo to the front desk, the front desk looked at me with a confused look on his face. I asked, "Is this towel mine?"
I stayed for a week and only gave disposable slippers on about 3 days, and bathrobes on the first day.

The hotel opened this year. The facilities are very new. The room is clean and tidy. Everything is satisfactory. The staff has a good service attitude. The hotel restaurant is not expensive.
