Right next to Rossio Square, it's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the facilities are relatively new. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, which is convenient for tourists who need to start early. Only a credit card pre-authorization of 100 euros is required as a deposit upon check-in.

This was our 2nd time in Lisbon but this time with big family group. Randomly found this hotel based on location. BEST decision we made was stay here. All of the family also booked here. The hotel is amazing from staff to rooms to service to LOCATION! I can’t say enough about the staff and how helpfully they were. My mother in law had hurt her knee and they brought us Wheel chair and were very accommodating about changing her room. While in the hotel we spent a lot of family time in courtyard and everyone was kind and helpful and never pushy to get us out to use the space or to try and turn over tables. We sat and watched euros. Even the teens were able to sit and relax. At breakfast we took over an entire area every morning and they were great about it. The location more than amazing in the heart of the perfect area. We were walking distances to square, eateries, the old town, the shopping district yet we had some privacy as it was on a square itself. The spa, sauna and pool were also a treat after a long day of walking. Have to mention Rachel who was master of everything. She was kind and helpful and always went out of her way for us. All the staff were excellent

We stayed at the Convent Square Lisbon in late April, 2025. We selected it for its location and the fact that they could accomodate my father who has mobility issues. Their service was exceptional in every way. They helped me arrange a car ahead of time to pick us up at the airport, then on the day of arrival they helped make sure the car was there when we arrived at a different time, on a different airline, from a different city. We arrived exhausted and out of sorts in the morning, and they sat us in the courtyard, fed us even though the restaurant wasn't open yet, and then showed us to our lovely rooms. The location was excellent and we could easily walk around the area to get a sense of the city. We had dinner in the hotel and a wonderful breakfast there the next morning. The pool and sauna were a relief after the flight. The courtyard was lovely and the windows looking onto it blocked out any noise. My parents accessible room was great, and the lift to get from the lobby area to the restaurant was a huge help for my father. I highly recommend the Convent Square Lisbon and will definitely return on my next trip to Lisbon.

Amazing hotel in Lisbon. It’s very well located, nice decoration. Loved the tea ceremony at 5pm and the ambience there’s on the courtyard every evening. Beds and bathrooms are very comfortable and breakfast is very good with options for everyone.

Good location, good breakfast, friendly stuff . Will recommend to anyone visit Lisbon. The rooms are in good size , beds are comfortable, nothing to complain about. I am a diamond member of the IHG group , have complimentary upgrades but they said is upgraded already , but we are go inside the room , it’s the same room when I make my reservations. That’s not so good .

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and elegantly decorated. I loved everything about my stay! From the service, the room, the amenities, the breakfast. It was all fabulous! I highly recommend staying here! The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I will surely be coming back for my next trip to Portugal!

I traveled with my daughter who is graduating high school, for the Taylor Swift concert in Lisbon. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! The hotel is in an ideal very safe location and central to all tourist sites. The hotel was very comfortable! We will definitely be back to stay here!
