The worst experience of my life! Too bad you can't give zero stars! Words certainly won't do justice to the filth we found, we had to buy detergents to clean! Everything was dirty, floor, walls, curtains, sheets, towels, toilet... everything in disgusting conditions!!! Dead animals and excrement everywhere! When it was time to pay they made a fuss saying we hadn't paid when in fact we paid for the room upon arrival but they didn't give us any receipt, they didn't even ask us for documents for a registration at check-in. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE

Bel immeuble bien entretenu avec un personnel très sympathique. Des animations payantes sont proposées . L’ensemble est très propre avec une petite laverie très pratique. Les appartements sont spacieux avec un parc agréable. Le plus est l’accueil des chiens ce qui est top! Un petit bémol pour le stationnement mais pas rédhibitoire.

Nous avons loué 1 appartement 2 chambres pour les 3 semaines de cure. Appartement sale, vétuste, cuisine très abîmée et peu pratique. Le canapé vieux,usé et très petit n'invite pas à la détente. Chambres sans fenêtre donc impossible d'aérer. Nous avons du faire le ménage en arrivant. 1574€ pour ça, c'est un scandale et du vol! Terres de France qui possède cet hôtel devrait venir y séjourner pour se rendre compte de l'état de délabrement de l'établissement et du manque de sérieux du personnel. Y a du potentiel, mais tout est à refaire ( moquettes des couleurs sales et tachées, portes fonctionnant mal .... ) . Dommage, car l'environnement est sympa.

Chambres en bon état, cadre plus qu'agréable, il manquerait juste un petit point de restauration sur les lieux pour que l'ensemble sois presque agréable . Voila pour l'hôtel en lui même . pour ce qui est du personnel , nous avons été accueillis par un veilleur de nuit très agréable et serviable ( arrivé a 1h30 du matin), un chariot nous a été amené a notre voiture par ce dernier . La réception en revanche est un peu plus " froide" , nous sommes passé demander des coins pour aller manger, une jeune réceptionniste pas très joviale que nous avons clairement eu l'impression de les déranger pendant leur discussion ( que l'on entend assis dans le grand hall) nous a quand même donné une superbe adresse pour dîner .. Mise a part ca rien a redire , personnel dans l'ensemble agréable , chambre agréable , lieu agréable , pleins de petites choses sont a revoir pour perfectionner ce beau bâtiment qui ne demande qua recevoir le standing qu'il mérite !

Merci pour votre accueil ! Studio très propre et agréable, très calme , parking et Wi-Fi gratuit et prix très abordable. À 5 mn à pied du centre d'allevard , restaurants fromagerie boulangerie ... piste de ski a 10 km ( collet d'Alvard )

Nous y avons passé une semaine pour le ski. Quelle déception en arrivant. L'accueil à la réception est froid et lorsque l'on pose une question, on vous fait un commentaire inapproprié... L'état général de la résidence est vieillot et sale (taches sur les moquettes dans les couloirs). Dans le studio, idem : sol sale, literie à peine correcte, canapé taché, porte qui ferme mal, équipement limité dans la cuisine... Le village est inintéressant. Nous n'y reviendrons pas. A déconseiller.
