Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Just located infront of the beach, small resort with 8 rooms. Thomas owner of the resort was there always to take care of all our needs. Neat and clean room with good amenities. Small garden area to relax in the evening with shades from ***go trees. Car parking is available inside the resort . Quality breakfast was included in room rate , homely south india food was given and it was hygienic and tasty. Option for omelette with bread toast also available. Value for money, great place to stay. Will definitely stay here on my next visit too.

This is one of the most romantic beach resort I have ever booked having excellent features. 1) Spectacular Beach View is visible from the rooms at the 1st floor. 2) Beach is just outside the hotel. 3) Marvelous Swimming Pool with clean water. 4) Spacious and Well-maintained rooms with a Lobby with an impressive swimming pool and beach view. 5) Caring and Supportive staff with excellent service who also arrange dinner at the hotel ground with light classical music going around that makes the lifetime experience. 6) Food is very tasty. Even North Indian food is available. Shahi Panner is awesome.

It is a one time exp. Boat was clean and interior was good. Fan was not working at all and they have restriction to switch on the ac. But on request, the staff switched on the ac. Food was tasty, but very limited items. Other services were good, staff courteous. You can device a house boat stay into 3 types. 1) check in at 12. 30 from the starting point, it takes you to deep back water lake with lunch, evening tea/snacks and return the same/another spot to offboard you. Costs around 3k based on season or boat by 5pm. 2) book only the night stay, check in at 5pm with dinner, but during the night time, the boat remains static at the boarding point (a canal basically, so it is no better than staying in a hotel in the land area. Then you get to go the deep lake again during breakfast time and return back to the offboarding point by 9am. Costed me around 11k, but depends on boat. 3) mix of 1 and 2. I recommend opton-1.
