Really lovely and peaceful hotel in Rockhampton. So close to the airport and plenty of nearby shops and food too. We got the house unit (The Adelaide) which had 2 undercover car parking spaces, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and huge backyard. There is an AC unit in the living area, fans in bedrooms. TV with lots of channels (Foxtel). Check-in was easy, check-out just involved dropping the keys in a lock box. The place is very relaxed, on a quiet street. Very clean and comfortable. Beds are soft, linens are spotless, many pillows provided, some dining utensils provided. We didn’t check out the pool. Perfect spot for a stay in Rocky.

NEVER come across anyone ruder at a check in. Absolutely appalling. Booked a 4 brm apartment through wotif, an error was made with the number of people . Basically she accused us of lying..said it wasn't her fault and she's sick of it. It was our fault. She even answered a phone call in front of us and was again rude to the lady explaining she was running late and the proceeded to swear and whinge about the phone call to herself in front of us !? Unprofessional, unnecessary aggressive behaviour. We had 9 people and had booked a 4brm ....so what was the problem ??? Accommodation was OK. Great pub on the next block down.

Close to the centre of the city, but on a quite street, these apartments are well presented and clean. Great value for money with undercover parking, easy check in and nice staff. Red Lion hotel is 100 metres away which had a good bistro if you are after a meal. Birdies Cafe for breakfast and coffee just down the street.

We stayed in 'the chapel'. Perfect for 6 of us, 4 bedrooms, perfect for families. Plenty of conveniences within walking distance. Well priced, very comfortable, very convenient. Friendly and helpful management. We Would recommend and stay again! Thank you!
