Neat rooms and nice concierge. Cool and calm ambience in and around the hotel. Free breakfast, which is pretty good, on the room. There some flies around though, don't know why. Also, if you are used to cities, the hotel is not near any. Public transportation is almost nonexistent, yet they make you pay a city tax for transportation you'll not use. It's a good place for meditation and relaxation without the noise of city life.

Wir waren für eine Nacht mit unserem Sohn am Bodensee...wir würden dieses Hotel jedem weiter empfehlen..ganz toll...sehr ruhig...Zimmer geräumig und sauber..Essen total lecker und frisch...Service sehr aufmerksam und nett.... vielen Dank dafür...wir kommen gerne wieder

위치: 기차역에서 멀지 않음. 자차가 있으면 더 편하게 이동할 수 있음. 가격: 호텔 치고 저렴하지만.. 장점: 무료주차, 교통티켓 제공, 친절한 리셉션 직원, 저렴한 가격, 맛있는 아침식사가 무료제공됨 단점: 1. 무료주차장이 호텔에서 100m~150m 쯤 떨어져있음. 주차하고 언덕을 100m쯤 걸어올라와야 함. 기차역은 더해서, 400m 가량을 걸어야 함. 2. 리셉션 직원은 친절하지만 해결해줄 수 있는 문제는 하나도 없음. 3. 와이파이 연결 상태 불량. 와이파이 신호는 잡히지만 연결하더라도 인터넷이 안됨. 로비에서는 됨. 와이파이가 장식용인가 싶음. 4. 세탁서비스 미제공. 세탁이 필요한 상황이었고 세탁주머니도 있어서 서비스를 요청했는데, 불가능하다고 함. 이유도 알려주지 않았음. 결국 8km 떨어진 콘스탄츠 시내의 세탁소에 시간을 들여서 찾아갔음. 5. 호수 전망이라고 했지만 정원 전망임. 방이 가지고 있는 전망 별로 가격을 차등적용하더라도, 이 방이 호수 전망인지 정원전망인지 알려줬으면 좋겠음. 싱글룸이어서 그런가? 6. 객실에 에어컨이 있다고 설명되어 있지만 에어컨이 없음. 싱글룸에만 없는 것이라면 싱글룸에는 에어컨이 없다고 표시해줬으면 좋겠음. 리셉션에 물어봤더니 제일 저렴한 방에는 에어컨이 없다고 했음. 황당했음ㅋㅋㅋ
