The space This two story building provides a beauty salon on the lower level and a courtyard entry to the apartment above. Entering on Clay Street, through the well lit courtyard is the apartment entry way. In the master bedroom overlooking Main Street there is a queen size comfortable bed and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom provides a full size futon and office space. Enjoy the open living space adjacent to the kitchen, and full dining area. Nearby there are various local restaurants, shopping areas and community activities. Violations & Grounds for Termination: • NO SMOKING in the unit. There will be a $300 violation fee if evidence of smoke is detected. This fee will pay for deep cleansing. • NO PETS on the premises. There will be a $300 violation fee if evidence of pets and/or service animals are detected. This fee will pay for a deep cleaning due to severe allergy concerns. • ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are prohibited. Evidence of any substances will be reported. • NO EXTRA GUEST are allowed. Under advisory and extreme circumstances considered I may allow an additional guest for a fee of $150/night pending proper ID and balance payment. Please Note: This is a commercial property building, it is not built to be totally soundproof. Please be considerate that a professional business is being conducted on the lower level. There is an onsite camera, please do not tamper with WIFI or camera equippment. Report any malfunctioning immediately, attempting to repair or fix any equipment will result in a replacement fee. Guest access We hope you enjoy full access to this two bedroom dwelling and yard space. Other things to note We value clear and timely communication. There is a free washer and dryer in the unit, which seems to be giving trouble. Repair has not been made yet. The washing machine knob is difficult to use, if you're able to use this free amenity feel free to do so.
