We stayed almost a week. Very nice location by the lake and free parking. The staff was very lovely and helpful!🥰 Hotel has a restaurant and pizzeria. We recommend especially the pizzas: good value for the money, don't have to waite a long time and delicious taste. Breakfast was great; plenty options in a buffet. Room was clean and comfy. It would have been even better, if there had been conditioner in the shower and fluffier pillows or extra-pillow in the room (pillows were quite flat). Room also did not have air conditioning so it might get too hot for some people in the summertime.

I stayed here for 2 nights in September 2023. I had booked the cheapest room that was facing a busy road, but when I cheked in I got a room with a balcony with a view over the lake and the mountains. The room was clean. There was plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. The room was not airconditioned but it cooled down quickly during the night. There is free parking on the parking lot facing the hotel on the other side of the road.

The location is lovely, as it is right on the lake and while not in the very middle of the action, it's an easy walk to restaurants, etc. right along the gorgeous lake. The room did have a balcony, which was nice although ours faced the street and not the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were probably the best part! Also, the restaurant was very good. We had both breakfast (fine, nothing special) and dinner (actually very good) there. Everything was clean. The room was hard to maneuver in because the bed was huge and getting around it was difficult. The bathroom was older, but fine and clean. The shower, however, was tiny. I've traveled Europe and know smaller showers are common, but this was the smallest I've ever encountered. Very difficult to use as a not tiny person. Also, and this may not be their fault, but here on booking it said the hotel was air-conditioned and that was not entirely the case. Maybe somewhere in the hotel there is an a/c unit, but it was certainly not in the rooms! Not great for August! And we found if windows were left open then we got the pleasure of a giant spider or two. We were only there for one night and it was fine, but I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner trois nuits à l’hôtel Adriana, et quelle expérience inoubliable ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une bienveillance rares. L’ensemble du personnel a été tout simplement exceptionnel : attentif, souriant, disponible et toujours aux petits soins pour nous assurer un séjour parfait. Tout au long de notre séjour, nous nous sommes sentis choyés. Chaque détail semblait pensé pour notre bien-être, avec une véritable attention portée à nos besoins, parfois même avant que nous les exprimions. Cette qualité de service, à la fois discrète et profondément humaine, est devenue trop rare et mérite d’être saluée. L’établissement lui-même est magnifique, niché dans un cadre naturel à couper le souffle. Les lieux sont impeccablement entretenus, chaleureux et décorés avec goût, créant une atmosphère à la fois élégante et accueillante. Nous repartons le cœur léger, remplis de gratitude pour ce séjour parfait. L’hôtel Adriana est sans conteste une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. C’est un lieu où l’on se sent vraiment bien, entouré de personnes passionnées et dévouées. Merci infiniment pour ces moments précieux — nous reviendrons, c’est certain !

Un ottimo hotel, ove abbiamo soggiornato una notte di venerdì per poter sciare il sabato presso i vicini impianti del comprensorio del Civetta. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze, abbiamo cenato con pizza la sera in cui siamo arrivati. Pizza veramente ottima, personale gentile, servizio ottimo. Abbiamo dormito in Due camere matrimoniali, con bagno. Le camere sono piccole, come i bagni ma non manca nulla. Anzi in una camera bollitore a disposizione con innumerevoli bustine di tisane varie. Tutto abbastanza pulito (tende insomma) peccato per la moquette a terra, ovunque. Televisione, bidet nei bagni, biancheria ok, asciugacapelli. E il mattino seguente ottima colazione, dolce e salato, con prodotti di qualità e cortesia. Prezzo buono. Qualcuno si chiederà perché abbia dato 3 su 5 nonostante l’ottima recensione: perché il materasso matrimoniale in schiuma era sfondato, proprio deformato e nonostante la rete a doghe, abbiamo dormito da cani. Spiace, “avrei preferito mangiare male piuttosto che dormire da cani”. Camera 205. Spiace veramente

Siamo stati in settimana bianca in questo albergo e siamo rimasti contenti e soddisfatti dalla struttura e soprattutto dalla gentilezza del personale Diego e Dora e dall' autista Marco che ci ha portato direttamente agli impianti di risalita con il pulmino. Il cibo é ottimo, porzioni abbondanti e di qualità.Struttura ben tenuta e rifinita nell' arredamento, pulita e curata. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti , le camere un po'troppo piccole e datate, ma per utilizzarle come appoggio/ per dormire sono più che sufficienti... Nota di merito al personale: cordiali e disponibili. La cucina ( colazione pranzo e cene ) davvero eccezionale. Vicinanza all impianto sciistico di solo 15 Min a piedi con passeggiata riva lago davvero bella e rilassante .. consiglio vivamente il soggiorno .
