Very bad room service. The room was not well maintained, and even upon calling the room service/reception multiple times, there was no response. We ordered food from the room and it was served in unclean dishes. Very bad hygiene. The lifts do not work all the time. So had to take staircase multiple times to the 2nd floor.

It was really a nice experience. The hotel is situated in the civil line which is a nearby and clean place. The roads outside the hotel are also so clean. You will love walking outside. Shops and other vendors are so organised. Indian Coffee House is also just outside of this hotel. The staff were so good. I agree that breakfast was not so good. However it does not matter. We have the option to exclude breakfast while booking rooms. Rooms were so neat and clean. As soon u will enter in the room u will feel the good vibes. Overall it was a great experience ππβ€οΈβ€οΈ

It was my best stay in prayagraj and service was too good compared to other hotels and the location was very prime. Little expensive but ok ok. I got non ac room for 2k. And that is a good deal in winters. But for summer you have to charge more. There is no distrubance while u stay. The behaviour of the staffs was humble. Nice hotel overall

Breakfast @ The Indian Coffee House We stayed at the property for 3 days and our stay was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff provided us with all necessary help and care and we were able to commute the city on our own and at our convenience. The location of the property makes it an excellent choice for accomodation while in Prayagraj. We negotiated on the spot and booked 3 rooms for our family of 7 for one night on 16 March'2023. Rooms are good, but service is not upto the mark. While checking in, we were informed that there will be buffet spread for breakfast. However, in the morning, we were informed that we have to order from breakfast menu and it will be served in the room. When ordered over phone, we were again asked to come to dining hall to get the breakfast served. In dining hall, they served breakfast of only one room order against our 3 rooms. After waiting for almost half-an-hour to get served, the staff asked us to repeat the already ordered items for breakfast and were served after another half-an-hour. The items were also very limited to order. For the kind of price they are charging for the rooms like 4-start luxury hotels, service is like a 2-star budget hotel. There may be much better options in Prayagraj. Hotel Milan Palace is definitely not a recommendable place to stay with family.

We had gone there with low expectations as the last two reviews were not good. But to our surprise the experience was pleasant. We got a free upgrade to a higher category room. The room was clean and comfortable . Food was very good. We are tea lovers and ordered tea a couple of times. 90% of the time chef passed our strict standards of assessment π Breakfast spread was good. I had mouth watering Rabri with Puri. Overall a good experience.

Came here from Ayodhya Chitrakoot visit. Excellent service rendered by front desk. Very prominent location. Wonderful room with all 3 star features. Although restaurant capacity is for about 20, we had excellent service for breakfast & 2 Dinners. After checkout, we could comfortably keep our luggage till late evening in time for our train to Delhi. 2 lifts are there. A little confusing. Room 301 was excellent. Strongly recommend to all Prayagraj visitors.

Royal rajwadi rooms, still very reasonable pricing. Rooms, entire facility in top class condition. Owner has own farms and cattle shed, so quality of food ingredients is really very good, also cook Kusum prepares nice, tasty food. Manager Chandresh Upadhyay is very hands on, down to earth and very helpful for everything including visiting tourist spots or any issues you have at GH.

This centrally located property in Prayagraj is currently under refurbishment. The restaurant on the ground floor, for example, has temporarily been moved to a banquet room on the first floor. Our experience at the hotel was hardly affected by this. Our 3rd floor suite was serviced by an elevator. The views from the rooms are on to the adjoining plots βhardly of interest. The four poster king-size canopy bed was quite striking; it was comfortable and the rooms themselves relatively silent. The suite is well-appointed with a minifridge, an electric kettle, and enough chairs and a working desk. There are many electrical charging points which were all working. The wifi connection we found was poor (Room 314). (I checked that the connection is better in the reception lobby.) There were two flat screen TVs but one was out of order. Also, the cable TV connection did not subscribe to international news channels such as BBC or CNN international. There was a bathroom and a WC. The main bathroom has no hand-shower nor a shaving mirror. The basic toiletries and enough clean towels were provided. But, most importantly, there was no hot water. This in our view was the most serious handicap of this place. On the last day of our two-night stay we brought up the issue with the Reception. Though we ascribe the issue to an oversight on the part of the managerial staff, their response was immediate. Two persons came around to check and decided there was a fault in the geyser. It was repaired within half and hour. The breakfast spread is very decent. The food at lunch/dinner was too spicy for our taste and it took a long time to prepare. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

I stayed in Ravisha continental for more than a week for a project work. It is a good hotel which is located near High court. It was a very comforting and enjoyable stay. Rooms are clean, properly lighted with good furniture and great interior. Hotel does not have pool and gym which i found quite uncommon. RC's restaurant is the best thing about this hotel. Breakfast was good and dinner was very delicious. Every staff member i conversed or interacted with was very polite, courteous and well mannered. Special thanks to Dheeresh for awesome hospitality and service. I would also like to thank Sujeet in housekeeping who does a great job.

GGuest UserAfter booking, reached the hotel early morning 02:30. The receptionist told that there is no booking received. But four days before, i contacted the hotel and ensured the booking and on the previous day evening also i talked to the agent on the other end. But after a small argument, they provided the room. Receptionist was not professional at all.

GGuest UserI had chosen this hotel for its vicinity to the prayagraj station and ssb allahabad and wasn't dissapointed at all. The room was clean as was the toilet. Geyser/hot water all throughout(dec23. Though they had restaurant facility. I had my food outside/just beside the hotel premises. Toto/autos were readily available all throughout the day n night for travel-ling around. One can just walk to the main station from the hotel. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there were two lifts working simultaneously. The staff and management were polite and allowed me to stay for 3 more hours beyond checkout time due to the odd timing of my train departure. We(me n my son) stayed in the basic double bedded room booked through 'make my trip' as always. Thank you hotel prayag and make my trip.
