Below are some of the critical issues I faced during my stay: Leaking AC and Damp Room: The air conditioner was leaking, leaving the room damp, smelly, and completely unhygienic. Broken Bathroom Fixtures: The bathroom pipes and walls were in a state of disrepair, adding to the overall neglect. Filthy Bedding: The bed linens smelled foul—comparable to rotten eggs—and were as dirty and discolored as unwashed railway linens. Unhygienic Kitchen Area: The in-house kitchen lacked even the most basic hygiene standards, making it unsuitable for food preparation or service. Unprofessional Staff: The staff appeared poorly trained and unprofessional, unable to handle basic guest interactions or maintain service quality. No Wi-Fi or Mobile Network: There was absolutely no Wi-Fi available, and even mobile network coverage was practically non-existent. This left us completely disconnected and isolated throughout the stay, making it extremely difficult to communicate or manage any urgent work. Non-Functional Television: The television in the room was not operational due to an expired subscription. Despite multiple follow-ups with the staff, there was no resolution provided during the entire duration of the stay. Lift Out of Service Without Prior Notice: The elevator was out of order, and the staff failed to inform us beforehand. To make matters worse, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, and had to repeatedly climb up and down for any basic service request—this was extremely exhausting and inconsiderate.
