Only location is good in this hotel. Very poor service. At morning i wish to ordered breakfast but nobody has picked up call in restaurant then i tried on reception no. He picked up and said service boy is reaching to you but after one hour no one has come. I disappointed too much and checked out without tea and breakfast. I will not recommend to anyone this hotel. Charges are also too high.

Non supporting staff, bad rooms, bad taste. Why make my trip have tie up with such hotels. In a good location it's a poor hotel.

No towel is available in room. I asked room service he told me he is arranging, then after 20 minutes i again asked, again he told arranging, then finally after 45-50 minutes i went on reception, they replied they will arrange in 5 minutes. Finally after 1 hour i got towel after asking three times.

Travel-led with my wife for a day, damping everywhere in hotel, dirty and foul odour washroom, over rated, no early checkin for people, checkin time 2pm, the receptionist increased the base price in front of me, i saw her doing that, while booking and when i told i require to checkin around 12pm she increased the price and asked me book, terrible experience
