Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are not maintained, molds are found onto the walls, painting peel off, tv not working properly, bathroom tiles are mismatch, broken, fittings are old

This time only hot water in day and night you will get here. Also bathroom sink was broken. I have also felt that i got cheated on the name of complementary breakfast, which was already booked on high rate. In complementary breakfast there is no buffet system, also very less options.

Room we booked was for royal room but we were given luxury room. At the time of check it was not informed in reception that in royal room separate bed facility is not available so they gave luxury room just by saying we are giving luxury room without informing issue in royal room. It was later when we enquired they told us that as separate bed facility is not available so that have given this room. We had no choice as we have already paid the amount so we took luxury room. Also no dormitory facility available for drivers. Service is also very slow. Even some facilities like place to keep soap/shampoo during bathing not available. No much variety in breakfast. Had stayed in big hotels compared to it will rate very low. We have not clicked pics but approx. Representation pics of room are given in level 3

Very bad service. Good quality was also not good. Food was served in 1. 5 hr. Whole night some movement of goods were there, so not able to sleep also. Not recommended

Best hotel to stay for a person who is going to high court work. Just 50 steps from high court gate no. 3. Very cooperative and attentive staff and good food.

During winter if any hotel don't have hot water facility is really a big concern, even after repeated requests no action taken, the reception staff is terrible, i booked by paying 100% advance, still while checking out they were charging me full amount. Booked for two night, but reception called to inform that you have to check out as your booking in for one night. Very lethargic service

It has always been a good experience to stay at ravisha, especially for lawyers coming from outside for matters at high court
