Very Bad Location next to Railway Station. Can’t sleep due to Train horns as windows are not sound proof. Broken Kettle, Bad Toiletry provisions, Bad condition Phones, don’t clear utensils , Locker that doesn’t work, staff that doesn’t communicate full info while checking in and Sales Person like Kishore who will charge you a bomb if you delay from checking out for which you never knew that it is 10am morning.. Who does that ? Please see Pics for proof..

Don't trust the 3500 reviews. Worst hotel and third class room, very shabby and unhygienic.. zero cleanliness. At 10k per night try others. It's equal to 1 star hotel. Pictures uploaded are old hotel rooms, next day they changed my room after 5 pm , promised immediate change. Room 1116 Paints worn out Dust on fan AC not working Mosquitoes Sticky dirty floor with black sticky stuff on floor Entire floor with mud. Train noise full time Electrical panels worn out Stained stool No intercom Holes in door see through Cars can't enter the hotel due to railway station Only food good

The staff was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. If you're a fan of Indian cuisine or simply looking to try something new, cheif Traun Thakur is your answer. His expertise in undian cuisine is outstanding. Recommend you to all try his recipes.

The restaurant named Mumbai Masala is just awesome specially after they have upgraded it with new food menu and new Chefs. I had Chilli Garlic Noodles cooked by Chef Tarun Thakur which was a treat to my tastebuds. A must go restaurant to feed your hunger.

The room was very congested due to a pillar present inside the room. There was no wardrobe. Most useless cloth hangers. We could continuously hear the noise of the trains passing through Allahabad station. Bathroom water was reaching all the way to the commode. Overall horrible experience, wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The al Carte food was very good, dal tadka and veg mix was nice Tarun thakur hospitality was very good Very polite and humble would recommend others also to come here. He specifically took care of us as the other staff was buy with buffet service. Thank you

Buffet Food was good and the chef Tarun Thakur has taken care for all family member and arranged the food as per need, quality of dal was very good and the starters was very tasty.. good hotel to stay with family my name is Himanshu I have a pleasant stay in hotel max polo

Hotel staff's behaviour and etiquette is really professional , especially Miss komal sahu was of great help and made our stay comfortable .looking forward to stay at max prayagraj again if we visit prayagraj again as the place is right next to the railway station...
