Very dusty, there is hot water, the room needs repair, the door lock is very flimsy, the room needs repair and cleaning, also the bed was made only with a sheet, the blanket was not made and they did not provide a duvet cover. There is no breakfast in the hotel, the wifi is bad

It was a budget stay so obviously some people will miss a 3 or 5 star experience but for the amount paid, it was a comfortable stay. We had booked a 4 suite room and one delux room for our two night stay in prayagraj in hotel vasistha in nova 2024. This property is conveniently located in the central area near the railway station. We had an early morning train so it was an obvious choice to book. It was a nice experience in hotel vashisht, staff was very cooperative specially mr aman shukla ji and mr alok diwadi ji. Rooms were specious with necessary amenities available in the room. Checkin process was smooth although our train late to reach prayagraj. We had book room with breakfast and i must say that it was a tasty breakfast. Although limited options were available, we enjoyed the breakfast. Our departure train was late almost by 5 hours and we were travel-ling with aged parents and relatives so we were bit worried but mr aman has gone out of the way and allowed late checkout. Mr aman has also guide us for our must visit places in prayagraj. In all i will recommend this property for a comfortable stay in prayagraj.

First of all the photos shared to show the hotel are the only best photos but you'll not find that kind of room. The rooms are smaller than the photos. The manager at reception worked very nicely but i strongly didn't like the room service executive. He is too lazy, many times he doesn't receive calls and if he receives it he doesn't listen to the customer completely. I will strongly recommend changing the room service executive. Plus the rooms need pest control as there are small cockroaches. For winters the room needs heaters as the room was colder than the lobby. Regular cleaning of the cupboard is highly needed there was dust inside it.

Good in all respects. Lift, hot water, morning coffee also available. Attached bath room is in an ideal size.
