Very nice and beautifull hotel! Very friendly personell and an excellent breakfast with a good variation. with full English breakfast and more. In the middle of the city center but no noise at all inspite of the market on saturday morning! We can recomend this hotel!

Nice hotel in the city center of Alkmaar. The hotel is located in the old post office. This results in a nice variety in the rooms. Everything you want to see/visit is within walking distance. Complete breakfast. You can leave your car in one of the underground parkings and the hotel has an affordable arrangement.

The hotel staff were nice but dishonest. They overcharged me and refuse to reimburse me for the extra nights. I had booked for 6 nights but I got very sick and I left early and they continued to charge me the full amount. This is unacceptable. When I disputed the charge, the hotel changed my check out date in order to keep the money. This is a lack of integrity from the management of the hotel.

Booking and checking was fast and easy. Hotel is close to parking garage Parkeergarage de Vest, that may be full sometimes and Parkeergarage Kanaalschiereiland. It is in walking distance from rail and bus station (15 minutes). Hotel is on the street in old town with all the perks and disadvantages. It is beautiful around. Everything is near, but it may be also little noisy. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable. I stayed in economy room and nothing reminded economy. The hotel is perfect for Pokemon Go players. You can spin 7 Pokestops from your bed.

It is a nice hotel, but from a 4* I‘m expecting more. Romms haven‘t been very clean and even after roomservice there was still no clean carpet and dust in the bathroom. The whole building seems to have seen better times. Reception was very friendly, but in general and for the money we paid we expected a better experiance and cleaner rooms.

Very plessant stay in one of the superior rooms. The host was very kind and helpul with tips etc about Alkmaar. Stayed here for 2 nights without breakfast. We like to go out and experience as many as possible outside the hotel. Perfect staying, comfortable beds, airco, large windows and even a steamshower. Will definitely recommend this hotel!
