The location is very good near the sea. The service staff are also very friendly. There is a small balcony. The breakfast is a very authentic Greek breakfast. There are not many choices but the taste is quite good. It is a satisfactory experience.

There are not many hotel rooms, but each room is very clean, the room size is OK, you can see some sea views from the balcony, the hotel's free WIFI, the speed is very fast, the overall feeling is not bad.

Family room, the room is about 15 square meters, clean, comfortable, breakfast variety is slightly less, the surrounding environment is excellent, 5 minutes walk to the seaside park, the Aegean Sea is unimaginable, too comfortable

The hotel is located directly on the coastal road in Alimos, with beautiful views of the sea. Although a very busy street separates the hotel from the beach, the good connection to public transport made it easy to reach both the centre of Athens and the nearby surroundings.
The room was clean and well equipped, with a small balcony from which I could enjoy the sunset over the sea.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.
The breakfast buffet was varied.
The Tropical Hotel is a good choice for travelers who are looking for a accommodation near the sea with good transport connections.

The room is simple, adequate, spacious, with kitchen and living room, Samsung level. The location is right by the sea, crossing the road is the 6th, the 7th tram, it is very convenient to go to the pier, the beach and the ancient city. The end of the tram No. 6 is Constitution Square. You can walk to various attractions. You can go to the airport and transfer to the subway in Constitution Square.
